Looking forward to staying again for a longer time. Large 2 bedrm/ 2 bath condo with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, local cell phone, and assigned parking. Gated community. Very safe even at night. Very clean. Perfect for families and singles. Great amenities including beach bag, beach chairs, electric bug zapper, pool noodles... Arranged private, safe, clean van/ SUV transportation for minimum price (cheaper than using airport transportation or other private services/ taxi but equally if not better service). Provided welcome basket with wine, milk, and other food items. Unbelievable location steps away from the beach and Tamarind Hills Resort & other restaurants. Rose Marie takes pride in her beautiful condo and is amazing at making you feel at home.

My partner and I enjoyed the most beautiful time at Judith’s place. Lenard Josiah communicated with us from before our flight, through landing, arranged a car to pick us up at the airport and take us to the supermarket and to the home. He also arranged a local car rental when our corporate rental was overbooked and fell through. The host team was always responsive, helpful and kind. The island itself is beautiful and this side of the island definitely has the most beautiful beaches! Sunsets were spectacular. My advice: RENT THE CAR!!! The highlight of our time was the flexibility to drive around the island ourselves exploring, tasting great food, meeting the kindest local people. We would 1000% stay here again.

Villa Lazy Daze was amazing! Marsha was extremely communicative and gave us some great suggestions. The house was clean, and close to Jolly Harbour, and we were able to walk to a lot of places. Perfect for our group of 8 to access boat tours and beaches. We can’t wait to come back to Antigua. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

We cannot say enough good things about this home. Our annual girls trip was made even better by the stunning views, comfy beds, and clean kitchen. Having Lenard around was even better! He was so kind, warm, and welcoming. The location is close to Nelson’s dockyard which is a can’t miss. Our hearts are so full and we would recommend this home to anyone.

Accommodations was super clean, beautiful clean pool, walkable to 5 gorgeous beaches, east access to local bus into town, quiet and relaxing area. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful apartment and area to unwind!

We enjoyed another fabulous stay at Sugar Moon. Silvia is the best hostess, always friendly and responsive. The house, inside and outside is beautiful with personal touches for a sense of home, and perfect for a vacation that leaves you feeling pampered and joyful. We saw the best sunsets and loved taking a daily dip in the pool or just hanging out on the spacious terrace. The location is perfect, near the best beaches and other amenities. We will be back. Had an amazing stay at Trev and Kat's place! The home is absolutely adorable—super clean with the cutest, homely touches throughout. It really feels like a home away from home. Trev is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the sea and provides great insights into local water activities. Be sure to take advantage of the water sport rentals he offers! Kat was so communicative and thoughtful, even leaving a book she wrote on the shelf for guests to enjoy—definitely recommend giving it a read. Other highlights include on-site laundry, easy beach access within walking distance, and air conditioning to keep cool. Overall, an unforgettable stay with wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Melanie's place was perfect for us. I can't imagine a better choice for a couple. Location is great; the place is clean, spacious, and beautiful; the view can't be beat; and Melanie is such a friendly. welcoming host. We're already talking about when we're going to come back.

This was my first visit to the island and I have fallen in love with it. This rental is well equipped and close enough to the beach to easily hear the waves crashing in. I loved being able to relax in the hammock on the deck. If you have not been to the island keep in mind that it is challenging to get anything here so you will not find all the luxury of North America or Europe but you will be extremely safe and welcomed The host was so helpful and get a taxi to bring me here was a great help since he knew exactly where to go. Do rent a car to get around the island! I thought I would walk and taxi but so glad I did not. It is a small island and I quickly found my way around.

We had a marvellous stay at Kenneth’s apt - the view across the valley from the veranda was magnificent. It was a short walk (literally 5mins) to Darkwood beach which has a couple of restaurants, sun loungers etc. The real treat though was Sandra’s at the entrance to the property… the food was truly amazing. If you want to escape the resorts and experience something local and authentic then we highly recommend Kenneth’s property. He was super helpful and the apt had everything we needed…

This was our second stay with Carolyn and Trevor. We absolutely love the rental, the location, and the hosts! We have stayed in a lot of Air bnbs....but this one is by far the one we feel most at home at! The rooms are always clean, the kitchen has everything we could want and more, the air conditioning and washer/dryer work perfectly, and the view and landscaping are beautiful. Carolyn and Trevor are just phenomenal hosts, they have made us feel like family on the island and have went out of their way for us! I am positive we will be returning again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Sea View Terrace, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Tony and Alyson, the most gracious hosts, made us feel welcome and well-cared for. The unit itself was impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The terrace offered a breathtaking scenic view that truly lived up to its name. In the mornings, my wife and I sipped our coffee while gazing at the stunning islands of Guadeloupe, St. Kitts and Nevis on the horizon. Watching sailboats glide across the sparkling blue waters of the bay throughout the day was an absolute delight. One moment that stood out was Tony's incredible kindness. One afternoon, as we were walking to the beach, he noticed us and graciously offered us a lift. Sea View Terrace is not only a gem of a property but also an affordable and excellent option for anyone visiting Antigua. I will enthusiastically recommend any property managed by Tony and Alyson to friends and family.
