A beautiful rustic clean village home right in the middle of the village. Great people and fantastic hospitality. Pet dog Butter is too cute. Worth the time spent and made some good memories

Amazing place to stay....booking the place was extremely hassle-free with Adhiraj's instructions Prasad ji, the caretaker of the property is a gem of a person.... he'll be always there whenever you need him for anything The property itself is in a very peaceful location...no issues with connectivity since wifi is provided....rooms are very spacious.... although there is just 1 bathroom, more are being constructed when we inquired about the same

It was a lovely house and the caretaker Chandrakant was very friendly. We were very comfortable and the location is lovely.

Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.

The "development" juggernaut has not left many places untouched while rampaging its way in the pristine belt of Konkan. One such yet untouched place is the village of Gimve in which Anirudha's Koyari vacation stay is located. As with its name, the place is reminiscent of the source of life - a seed that if cared for goes on to become a mighty tree! Anirudha and his team have cared for Koyari in a similar way and the tree now extends its shade and fruits for all those who stay here. Clean and tidy living quarters, sumptuous meals, piping hot cups of chai, waking up to the calls of barbets, a steady wifi connection if you have to work and pockets of no network if detoxing is on your mind. "Casa by the Bay" is an amazing property situated in the hearts of Ratnagiri.Its tastefully designed by the Host and its a perfect amalgamation of modern architecture with the natural beauty of Konkan.The listing is surrounded with beautiful lust greenery around.Walking distance from the Kalbadevi beach,in monsoon it's looks heavenly.The beach is an isolated beach and the navigation through the beach is a bit adventurous especially during the monsoons but it's worth every bit of it.The property was the best we've stayed till date,with finger liking konkani food made by the cook Sartha ji also her husband Santosh ji was an amazing tour guide who drove us for site seeing.The last which is kept for the best,the Host Amit is a gem of a person he has made this heavenly abode with all his heart.He truely describes the term Host,he was in constant touch with us throughout the stay.Words would fall short to describe but he's a Super host for a reason.The best Host I've come across so far.

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

The place is very very beautiful and has a breath taking view. Every corner is made aesthetically with much thought. The garden is well maintained, there is a lawn facing the sea, a terrace with a view and you could walk within the premises for fresh air. It's a dream home for people who appreciate nature. There are so many amenities available that anybody would feel right at home. The place is economically priced as well. The host is very communicative and suggests places to visit. There are certain electrical glitches due to the location in which the property is based. The host has made many arrangements to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. Overall, I was mind blown! I would visit the place again if an opportunity arises!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Geetha and her husband’s farm stay, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The property looked exactly like the pictures—beautiful, serene, and well-maintained. The hygiene standards were top-notch, which made our stay even more comfortable. While there was some connectivity issues due to its location in a private space, we actually appreciated this as a family. It allowed us to disconnect and spend quality time together, which was a refreshing change. For those who prefer staying connected, they do provide a Wi-Fi dongle, so you’re not completely cut off. Geetha and her husband were incredibly helpful, offering all the necessary details, including restaurant recommendations for food delivery. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this farm stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near Ganpatipule.

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.

Anayji's property is a great place to stay in. The property is in a very good condition and taken well care of by Mr. Parkar who assists for all the needs. Also Mr. Parkar's wife provides delicious homely food on chargeable basis. The property features are spacious rooms, well clean, located in peaceful area, beach within a walkable distance and natural plantation in backyard. Anayji is approachable, friendly and assist for any queries or special requests if needed. The stay was worth and looking forward to visit again.
