Villa exactly met our requirements and expectations. We were welcomed by Ivan on site and he was always available for our questions. Everything necessary and a little more is available in terms of amenities. The large and heated pool was cleaned by Ivan at least every second morning. By car, everything necessary can be reached within 15 minutes. The villa itself is a little more remote, so you don't disturb other people at any volume.

Zorica is wonderful host. We were welcomed with homemade cake. The place is conveniently located close to airport. A good place to catch a flight or spend few days in Zadar. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units. Swimming pool is a good addition.

Space for 5/5! We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for peace in a beautiful setting. The cottage is very well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is a bit far from the center (about 20 minutes by car and 10 minutes from the airport), but thanks to it you can really relax there. No noise and crowd of people. Hosts have been incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we don't miss anything, you can buy fruit, wine, and olive oil. It's worth noting that there is also another house on the lot where other guests live, but we absolutely didn't mind. Everyone had their own space and privacy. We'll definitely be back at the earliest opportunity! A must-see

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. It had everything you could want. The best factor was being right in the old town of Zadar. Stepping out of the old door right into the street life made me feel like a local. It was very quiet so we slept well.
