If you are planning a trip to Modica I would highly recommend Roberta and Giorgia’s place. There’s not much more I can add to what other guests have already said but one thing that makes this extra special is the comfortable beds. I wish all Airbnbs would be required to have the same level of comfort. The perfect place to spend a few nights in Modica!

Fabulous place. Easy walk to the village, bus and supermarket. Absolutely delightful outlook and with the cathedral so close it was a great landmark. Got a sense of living in a medieval town. Such a great experience.

Gaetano was a wonderful host! He helped me a lot with public transport so I could visit Modica and Scicli, responded very quickly to messages, and was ready waiting for my arrival to the loft (thank you so much for being flexible and providing instructions on how to find the property!). The loft is beautiful, small but has everything you need, I felt right at home. Comfortable bed, great shower, everything is clean, kitchen has everything if you wish to cook. There's a few steps to climb to get to the new city and the old city, but so worth it. Bus to Marina (beach) is close to the loft. Quite a few abandoned houses around but felt very safe as a female solo traveler walking around after dark. For future guests - I would recommend to try the restaurant you can see from the terrace

This is a wonderful place to stay with a incredible view. It’s quiet, safe and walkable through all the wonderful narrow ways– up and down. I did walk up from the train with a suitcase and a backpack, but I strongly suggest a taxi up the first time to orient yourself & get your luggage to the house. Fabrizio Suggested a friend who is a taxi driver – a really nice man but since my train was 40 minutes late I decided not to call him. Fabrizio checked in and was available. This is a good choice for a visit to a beautiful town.
