What a slice of Paradise - this location is a hidden gem. From the incredible views to the top of the line hot tub…this property begs to be shared with family and friends. The custom fire pit is incredible. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The lighting being hooked up to Alexa is genius - I’ve rented too many properties where you just don’t know what switches go to what lights. This removed the guess work…especially upon arrival if it is dark! The lake is pristine and peaceful. Perfect for families or friends that want to relax and rejuvenate. I will 100% be back!! There are so many options for vacationers these days…I’m grateful I made the choice to stay here!!! Thx

Really enjoyed our stay here. The views were lovely, the lake was refreshing, the beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen stuff, and the showers were hot. The house mostly has what you need. It could use a few more dish towels and bath towels. The long drive to Acadia got tiresome.

This was a wonderful getaway! This tiny home was so cozy and in great condition. Sarah was a wonderful host, very attentive and super nice! Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway in Maine with that special person in your life!!l!

We enjoyed our weekend away at Mayya’s guest house! It was the perfect size for the two of us and we felt there were more than enough amenities to ensure our stay was cozy and peaceful! The add on of the hot tub was much needed and appreciated as well as it was getting chillier at night and it was the perfect addition! I would have liked to take advantage of the walking trail but the weather was rainy so we didn’t get to. We would definitely stay here again for a couple days and thank you Mayya for being a great host!

The lawn cottage was perfect for our family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 medium sized dog). The cottage was very comfortable and has a stunning view. The larger property it's on was very dog friendly. The pool and hot tub in the hotel were very clean and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to make full meals (Thanksgiving dinner!). Overall, this is an excellent place for a vacation, especially with a pet and a child.

This was our second time staying here, my family and I love the tranquility of this little piece of heaven. Christopher’s home was beautiful, clean and well maintained.

Place was beautifully designed for guests. The kitchen and living area were even bigger than photos, and everything was new and functional. Four private bedrooms comfortably fit us all, and the rest of the amenities were perfect (we used the hot tub in the snow), played board games, had a great time. Local Kennebunk restaurants are just a mile or two away. Awesome spot!

Fantastic spot. The cabin is so well equipped and squeaky clean. Maggie has thought of everything! Walkable to town in minutes and private. There are even glimpses of the sparkling ocean. 5 stars!

The house was lovely, we got to watch the snow and enjoy a cozy weekend. Unfortunately the pellet stove wasn’t working right during our stay, but Carlos was very communicative to help trouble shoot. We were plenty warm with the minisplit heat.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host and her home is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very cozy. The short walk to the beach and town market is really convenient. Her rental is a perfect home base if you’re visiting Portland or exploring the Maine coast nearby.

We loved our experience at our cozy, stand alone cabin. The room is spacious and has everything you need. We would stay again for sure!

Overall we had a great stay with our 2 younger pups. We loved being able to walk them to the Bass Harbor and Bass Lighthouse. We had a great meal down by the harbor where the dogs were able to sit outside with us. Our dogs are 1.5 and 2.5 years old so they have a lot of puppy energy and we we our hiking trails or walking on the carriage roads at Acadia each day. We had awesome weather. The cottage could use a full-length mirror. The only thing we really needed to buy was a new sponge. There is no door to the upstairs bedroom so we brought a gate to keep our dogs in the room at night. It was great having a fenced-in backyard although we didn't use it as much as we had expected to. I felt my dogs were safe in the yard as there were not any gaps in the fencing they could get out or under. The ceilings are low as described, but we are on the shorter side so it was no issue for us. Great stay overall!

What an amazing setting! Right on the water. We saw seals, osprey, and, we think, an eagle.Also the most beautiful sunrise. The house is cozy and comfortable and really really clean. We found everything we needed and some thoughtful extras. Tamara is an excellent host!

Just amazing!! This is the second time we have stayed at this air bnb! The cabin is quaint. You cannot beat the views!! It is just absolutely perfect!

This Lakeside Retreat was a perfect weekend escape for two couples. In late September, we seemed to have the pond to ourselves and enjoyed sharing time around the firepit overlooking the lake. The Bathroom was spacious and one level up from the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare an excellent meal. I would highly recommend this cabin to a a small group of friends or family looking for a great location near Portland and Lake area attractions.Our host Bobbi was very responsive.

We were very comfortable in Ann’s home. It is quite beautifully designed and furnished. Very quiet in the woods. The home was very functional too; it had everything we needed and was easy to settle in. It seems that Ann has given a lot of thought to what her guests will need - way more than what one would expect.

Beautiful location, perfect stay with amazing hosts! This was the perfect getaway for our family and we cannot wait to go back! The location can't be beat and Kate and Barry went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Was a great place to get away from the city hustle and bustle and was a nice way to recharge and recenter

Beautiful space, convenient to mount desert island. Comfortable for three couples and our dog. Unlike many airbnbs felt like an actual home (which it is!) and was great for cooking big dinners. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect fall cottage so close to Portland! The cottage is so peaceful and quiet. But so close to Portland but you wouldn’t even know it. The farm is lovely and we took a walk down to the river on the property, it was so peaceful and so much land! If you are looking for a get away from a city, but want to be able to explore Portland and Kennybunks, this was the perfect spot. I don’t know if I’ve slept that good all year. Would definitely come back again. And we love Trooper the dog!
