This was our second time staying here. We love the size of the house for getting our family together in town. It has all the things you need in the kitchen, which is a huge perk. Bonus points for the stylish decor.

The love and care this home’s owners bestow upon her is palpable as you enter the front door. The historic qualities of the home are perfectly balanced with new amenities. Would definitely recommend!

I recently needed a long term/temporary housing solution in the Owatonna area. After conducting an extensive search I found Matt’s listing for Apt 1, the price and location were exactly what I was looking for. Matt was very proactive, responsive and helpful with all communication throughout my stay, absolute best host I’ve worked with. On check in day I really wasn’t expecting too much just because the price was so reasonable but was blown away upon walking into the place. The place is clean and modern with awesome views of the downtown streets. You can basically park your car and walk to anything you need; coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and parks. Apt 1 is the absolute best rental in the city! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting the city, just don’t rent it if I’m planning a trip there.

Incredibly cozy and gorgeous home. Lots of space and tons if amenities. We plan on staying here again. 10/10
