I really don’t want anyone else to find this hidden gem so I reluctantly tell you this is such an ideal place for a couple of people who want to home base in F-sted with a clean, well appointed, authentic historical location. It is so walkable to many great restaurants & esp for divers wanting to spend time at the pier & the west side. The beaches nearby are the best. Adrienne is one of the best hosts we’ve worked with. If you want low key, chill, mix with the locals & experience St Croix culture, stay here. We’ve already booked for next year!

I just returned from my fifth or sixth stay (I've lost track) at CMCArts and would like to again thank the director and staff there for their hospitality. This is the perfect place for travelers to St. Croix who are interested in experiencing local culture and atmosphere in a convenient and unique location. I love the beautiful courtyard, updated and clean living space in this historic building, and the security and convenience of the gated grounds. As always, I'm already thinking about when I can return!

I felt like I was at home. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet. I sat on the balcony and enjoyed a beautiful ocean view and could hear the ocean waves pounding on the shore… so relaxing 😎 Laurie was very pleasant and accommodating… I didn’t want to leave 😁 I highly recommend Catch the Sunset.

This condo was in a gated community and the view of the ocean was very scenic and calming from the porch where we had our coffee in the mornings. We had all the amenities available to us that we needed. Place was very clean, free of clutter and very homely. Craig was very responsive and proactive in coordinating giving us access to the unit. We highly recommend this property and will definitely go back.
