Ann and Tim were EXCELLENT hosts!! Their space is absolutely perfect - stocked with everything you need, comfortable furniture, a private feel, and nestled into a quiet and homey neighborhood, complete with cute parks, grocery stores, coffee and ice cream shops, and a gorgeous view of the front range. My favorite part was the bathroom, which was clean and had great water pressure, but also had beautiful little rainbow reflections from the glass pattern that spilled out into the hallway. It was just so lovely to live in for a time. They are both friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Truly a joy to stay with!!

Great place, especially for the price! Roman was extremely friendly and responded quickly throughout the stay. The place is small, but it was all we needed. Great location too - near a lot of things. Would recommend!

Kyle's place was lovely, very well pointed clean and comfortable. Kyle came around to shovel the walkway when it snowed and was extremely responsive and very understanding when I requested a few hours grace on my checkout time as I was in the emergency room with my grandson. will definitely stay here again.
