Monthly Rentals in Fraser Rise

Great place to stay for us. Very short drive to supermarket, cafe, restaurants. Close drive to CBD as well (approx 40 mins). nice clean spacious place for our family of 5. Would stay again and recommend.

Jay's place had everything we needed for our short stay. Although located in the main property's garden, Jay and his wife were very respectful of our privacy. There was also space on the drive for us to park our car. The place is a little outside of the city (which is what we wanted) but found that everything we wanted to do was only a short drive away. I would recommend Jay's place.

I loved being so close to the shopping centre and other food businesses. The lake is just on the other side of the shopping centre and lovely to sit by or walk around. The apartment complex made me feel very safe and secure for my entire visit and even had help from one of the residents when I had a question about something. Thank you to the hosts for providing a lovely place to stay with a nice view and offering excellent communication.

Alot bigger then the photos look, its a clean and beautiful apartment with lots to do in the local area. David is amazing with communication and any questions we had, he was a fast responder and answered any questions we had thoroughly, and with respect. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a cozy apartment! The only problem we had was the garage door key but had kind people there to help us out and was at no fault of the key itself.
