Monthly Rentals in Francestown

A perfect studio apartment with everything you needed and more. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The shower was fancy and pristine. The heated bathroom floor was nice in the middle of the night. It's a quite neighborhood in a small town about 20 minutes from Nashau and Manchester. The Riverhouse Cafe in downtown Milford is a must visit. The food is amazing. Get the special French toast with NH maple syrup, you won't be disappointed. Cammie was very friendly and gave the "10 cent tour" upon arrival at the apartment. She also setup an extra twin mattress for the final night for my son to use. If her place is available next time I'd definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! The working fireplace (and plenty of wood!), well appointed kitchen, super comfy beds. The hosts have extras at every turn - well supplied bathroom extras, all necessary kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, and extras like spices, olive oil etc. Plenty of information supplied regarding local restaurants, stores and attractions. A pair of binoculars and bird charts for the bird watcher in me. The term cozy does not give a complete view, it is also comfy.....homey. Plenty of room for all of us (4 adults, 2 kids). Great location right on the water (or ice for us) for skating, ice walks, nature walks. We saw a bald eagle soaring above within an hour of our arrival. The hosts were super communicative and helpful during our stay. They offered flexible check in and check out times to fit our schedule ( and the snowstorm that arrived Sunday AM). We are looking forward to staying here again in the warmer weather to enjoy all the lake activities.
