Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Fort Kochi Beach

Linda is a very friendly host and the room was very nice, clean and peaceful.

I had the opportunity to stay at Fort Garden Residency recently with 8 of my friends, and it was such a wonderful experience! The location of the house is amazing as it's close to a lot of tourist attractions in Fort Kochi including the beach! There are a good variety of restaurants and cafes nearby to check out, all within walking distance. The host, Mr Thomas was a very sweet, kind and helpful person who knew the area in and out and suggested quite a lot of places to go sightseeing. He was super accomodating and made us feel right at home! The house was a cute, cozy place with a nice patio. We were provided with towels, sheets and A/C in all rooms as mentioned.

Both the property and the host were quite nice, and we faced no hassles. All the amenities were as described, and we felt right at home. The property is private and gated within a residential area at the heart of Fort Kochi and at a walkable distance from all tourist attractions there. ~ The area has a lot of mosquitoes, though, so be prepared for that in advance.

Joseph was a great host, not only we engaged in long conversations across topics but came to understand common interests that helped me learn a lot in such a short time. He and his wife went all the way to make my stay comfortable especially the organic eggs were too good in the morning. The place itself was so convenient for me to commute back and forth to my conference that I couldn’t ask for more. Great stay overall

It’s a humble and cozy stay and worth the nominal price, Nestor was accommodating and non-interfering and always available. The place has a vibe.

Thanks Joseph, Nimmy and team for a great stay for two nights in Kochi! I booked quite last minute and chose La Lune based on the unanimous great reviews. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to feel ‘at home’ whilst touristing. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with A/C and bathroom products. The same goes for the shared spaces including the terrace. The hosts themselves are very friendly, conversational, responsive and helpful, including when I contacted before booking. They are happy to help arrange anything. Check in was easy, they arranged tickets for shows (kathakali, martial arts, classical music and classical dance) and provided recommendations for sightseeing, food and plans outside Kochi. Tasty breakfast homemade by Nimmy on the terrace including fresh fruit and freshly made juice. Walking distance from beach promenade, churches, shops and key historical attractions. And you will likely meet some great fellow guests who reflect the great hosts.

We had a lovely time here! The location is perfect, walking distance to Fort Kochi and good food in the neighborhood too. There also is a rooftop where you can sit. Would recommend this airbnb!

What a beautiful Place!! We were so taken with the amazing space! We rested, drank tea, ate homely food and enjoyed the incredible ambience that is this home. What a wonderful last day spent close to the airport but a feeling of total peace. Probably one of the most immaculate Airbnb’s that we have ever stayed in. And we have stayed in many! We would Definitely come and stay again. Wow!

Basil's family are sooo nice! They are kind and friendly. They teached me kerala's life. big farm is good to learn spice and plants. the room is very very clean. They served different breakfast everyday. FORT COCHIN is little far,but I didn't feel inconvenience. They have many fantastic experience. what a comfortable stay!

Very nice and clean place, rooms and building in general super clean, staff help us on time every time, breakfast super good and big portions, fresh fruit everyday and walking distance for many attractions , including the beach and free market, nice shops around and good restaurants too. Very well located.

Had a fantastic stay at Antonio’s place. Well maintained and clean rooms. Antonio is a great host, super friendly and helpful. Made our stay really enjoyable.

Spencer’s Home is a perfect location to visit Fort Kotchi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked to the Chinese fishing nets, local cafes & places to eat. We watched a cricket match played on the parade ground & a Bollywood film being made. Anil & his staff are so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was a local dish & delicious. We joined the evening music singing jam. The meditation at 6am was enlightening & a great start to the day. Thank you

It's a nice new house. Very neat and clean. Host stays in the ground floor and all the three rooms are on the first floor. There is spacious living room and balcony in the front and back, both with scenic views. Vijeesh is a good host who is always available on call and very helpful. He also offers tasty home made food at an additional but nominal charge. This place is highly recommendable and we will love to come back again in the future.
