Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Campbell

I would recommend this place to anyone. We did not want to leave but had to of course. Everything was perfect. Very clean. Our accommodations were met with no problem and everything we needed was provided already upon arrival. I would give this place 20 stars easy and will definitely be booking again soon. The shower was amazing never wanted to get out. Furniture was cozy the bed was sooo comfortable and slept really good. Kevin always messaged back promptly and checked on us throughout our stay. The place is very peaceful and was easy to find. I like how she programmed the door to last 4 of my phone number. Easy to remember.

Stephen was a great host and very accommodating. The apartment had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. He provided some snacks and candies. I texted him during our stay to ask if there was a grill. He responded right away, pulled it out, and set it up with utensils. I also have a dog and the neighborhood and yard was great for walking him.

The house was as described. We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the second home that I rented from Evie and Joey. I only moved because someone else had rented the other home I was in and I wanted to stay longer to be near my new grandson and his parents. Even though I moved a little further from them it was still really close and a lovely place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet with a warm feeling to it. It can be hard to not know who is around you yet I felt safe and secure and there was even one neighbor that waved and smiled at me each time I went by and he was outside. It felt welcoming! This home is great location to walk to the downtown area of Clarksville to enjoy food, the park, coffee, or just a simple stroll around the town. With family in the area I will be returning to visit and will not be looking any further than to rent from Evie and Joey again!

My husband and I were so impressed by this spot! Amanda was super helpful and responsive to our messages - she made sure we were aware of inclement weather in the area & informed us of the safest spots to be if the weather got bad! The space was comfortable & cozy, and had more than we could imagine needing! Everything was clean and seemingly new - there were so many treats and extras! For being connected to the host’s home, we heard no living noise or voices. The view from the back was gorgeous and we enjoyed our time out in the hot tub! A true 10/10! We will definitely be staying here again and have already been recommending to friends and family!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. I had asked about cleanliness since it is a pet friendly home and he said that it was very clean and had no odor, he was exactly correct. Great house layout and very child friendly.

Great house at a great location. Exactly as described and as pictures illustrated. Private yet conveniently located in walking distance to downtown and APSU campus. The host, Jeff, was very friendly and provided clear instructions on check in / out instructions. We would happily stay at his house again when our travels bring us back around.
