Excellent stay here! Secluded location, beautiful countryside. House phenomenal, very clean, tankless water heater was great coming in from cold nights! A lil bit of a steep incline on the driveway but level parking, 10/10 would return

Neat, historic property next to APSU. The second floor master suite is fantastic. Property is super handy to downtown and F&M Bank Arena. Side door was clutch with loading and unloading. Would stay here again for sure.

This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

Jessica was very attentive, Made sure we were able to get in the home okay and made sure we were comfortable.

Perfect place for a quick overnight with my family. My granddaughter appreciated the toys and the whole place was immaculate. Staying again on our way back through area.

It was a great experience. You have to be prepared to live like people did back in the day. I would stay for another few days anytime!

We found Justin's place last minute after our previous accommodations fell through due to weather. Justin was very responsive and the home was exactly the cozy retreat we were looking for! It was close enough to town for anything we needed but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with beautiful wildlife. We will definitely be staying again in the future and highly recommend Justin as a phenomenal host.

I travelled from Illinois to meet family from Alabama for Thanksgiving. It cut everyone's travel time in half. We brought with us all of our groceries and made all our traditional Thanksgiving favorites in the well equipped kitchen. We spent 2 days enjoying family time with a view of the lake. The last night we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. One other comment everyone had was the excellent quality and number of towel available.

We are so happy we chose Melissa's place to stay in during our trip to Clarksville! It was so clean I thought the RV was new and WOW what an incredible RV it is. Adjustable, massaging recliners, fireplace, big fridge, 2 bathroom sinks, adjustable bed, TV in the bedroom - even a foldable luggage rack.. Melissa has literally thought of EVERYTHING. She even left brochures for local activities, an entire s'mores kit AND cute gifts with ties to Tennessee! I have stayed in a lot of Air BnBs - Melissa and Donovan were the most proactive and responsive hosts I've ever had. We were there visiting family for Thanksgiving and it was pretty cold but I hope to stay again sometime in the future to take advantage of the great outdoor area they have set up!
