Monthly Rentals in Fontanka

This is an incredibly cozy house with an area where everything slopes towards relaxation. We didn't find anything similar in Odessa among everything that is offered for daily rent. The owners are very nice and interesting people, and they put a lot of soul into this object, so there is a feeling that you are not just somewhere in a hotel, but as if you were visiting friends. Fontanka is a quiet and peaceful part of Odessa, from where you can easily get to the city center by car within 30 minutes. The location is convenient for any needs and desires. We will definitely come again.

Lovely apartment located across the street from a supermarket which was really convenient. Walking distance to the beach and near many restaurants etc. The apartment is clean, quiet and has everything you need - including fast Wi-Fi. I really enjoyed my stay here and I hope to come back to beautiful Odessa and stay here again.

Host Marina is very kind, drove us to the apartment herself, told us everything and showed us. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment has everything you need, thought out to the smallest detail 👌 Clean, tidy, tasteful, quiet and convenient. We will definitely come back in summer, as the apartment is close to Luzanivka beach. Everything was very, I definitely recommend it 👍

Great apartment, there is literally everything for living, a closed courtyard, all the necessary shops , restaurants and the sea are around! And thanks to Daria for her hospitality - our late check-in and sudden departure early😭, I was always in touch 🙏🏼
