Very comfortable stay in this beautiful cottage and the view is truly spectacular! Sunsets are amazing! It is located up in the mountain in a small village about 20 mins from Roseau. We were welcomed by the very friendly neighbours Rosa who was waiting for us in front of the house. There are not many options for restaurant nearby, you'll need to go down and get closer to Roseau. But the cottage is well equipped and you can cook from there if you wish. You can easily park your car at the entrance on a private parking Great stay !

Firefly Cabin is a very beautiful & unique place. We loved spending our mornings drinking coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains. This was our 3rd & last accommodation on our 2 weeks trip in dominica and it was just perfect. The cabin has a classic old school Dominican vibe to it. The location is ideal as close to the city, it felt like we were staying in a private and secret location. We got engaged during our stay there, and will forever cherish our time in the Cabin. It’s a perfect if you’re looking for hikes nearby as well as restaurants and bars. The hot springs are also very close too! To top it off, our host Sara was lovely, kind & communicative and we feel like we have made a new friend! We’ll be coming back!

We had such a fabulous time at natures cabin!! And we can confirm that the wifi was 8x faster than our wifi in London!! And the views were out of this world - cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely stay at Niels' place. Niels was quick to respond and provided helpful instructions for accessing the space. I would highly recommend this space and location if you plan to explore some of the wonderful hikes and scenery in Dominica! The house was perfectly situated for our plans (Boiling Lake, canyonining, Middleham Falls, etc.). We really enjoyed coming back to a space that was well-kept, comfortable and open to nature. As other reviews mention, you can hear some road noise and animal sounds (e.g., dogs barking), but that was no issue for us as we usually went to bed early and were up early to explore the sites. This location is also ideal if you plan to do any activities with Extreme Dominica as they are right downstairs, which was a huge perk for us. We also enjoyed being greeted by Loki, the incredibly friendly cat on the property! Thanks for a great stay!
