Apartment holiday rentals in Fokiano

I highly, highly recommend the place, great contact, very good WiFi, close to the center, great restaurants right next door, easy access to the rocks, the beach in Plaka nearby. We will definitely come again, it is a place with a wonderful atmosphere :)

Although we went to a very hot season, the house was impeccable and comfortable. Quietneighborhood,with short distances. It had everything very close (bakery, super, bank, etc.). Mrs. Vasiliki is very kind and advised us which areas to visit and shops that we can eat in Paralio Astros.

It was a wonderful stay. We were greeted by Nikolaos with a box of citrus fruits, fresh bread, very delicious cake and various local biscuits, honey. This was very helpful due to the arrival during the Christmas holidays and the limited opening hours of the shops. However, what would still be needed are a bread knife and a good knife for meat. But otherwise everything was available. We will be back for sure 👍

Large & spacious rooms in a traditional setting. Enormous outdoor space which is ideal for a family group. The surrounding area is quiet and within an easy 15/20 minute walk to the port or 10 minutes to the old harbour. Elli was always quick to respond to messages and keen to ensure we had a good stay in the accommodation.

A wonderful place to stay! Nice and tidy, friendly host and neighbours, just a short walk to the beach, and close to all the climbing in Leonidio. Highly recommended!

A thoughtfully renovated traditional local residence. Very clean, and close to local square, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Kitchen was a little bit small for cooking substantial dinners but adequate for lunch and breakfast. Overall a great spot to explore the town tans the local area and a very pleasant and caring host.

It is the second time we have stayed in Leo's place. Great views, very clean apartment, very well equipped, very comfortable, quiet, close to the sea (walking distance) and the climbing crags. It is very good for having some peaceful and quiet relaxing holiday with great views mixed with swimming in the sea and rock climbing.

Vagelis has been a wonderful host providing everything I needed for my staying including a delicious cake baked by his parents. I highly recommend Vagelis' place. The flat is nice and very clean. Location is right outside Leonidio, few minutes drive from the centre. The nearby beach, at walking distance is a plus!

As described, well equipped and clean. Very nice tranquil area. Check-in was straightforward and Vetta was waiting for us. Recommended!

Alkiviadis place in Agios Aimilianos is a hidden gem in the area. The house is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood and a strategic location for nearby beaches, restaurants, attractions etc. The description and photos are accurate, it is very comfortable and well equipped. Our stay with 2 small children was home-like and easy going. We would certainly visit again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this a new, one-bedroom apartment with balcony. Peaceful setting close to the beach and the lovely small town of Poulithra. Easy access to the surrounding area.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Konstantina’s place and had a wonderful time! The apartment is comfortable, clean, well equipped and from the balcony there’s a beautiful view over the area and Spetses! Porto Heli and Kosta are close and easy to reach by car as well as the various beaches in the proximity. The host is very friendly and responsive! A great place!

Amazing hosts! Unobtrusive, yet always present to assist us in every way possible! Great location, apartment exactly as listed, quiet mansion inside a pine forest, the perfect place to relax, only 5 minutes away from Porto Cheli. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

Our stay at Nikos and Aggeliki was very nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the entire spa offer because we were primarily in the area for climbing and only had a few days stay. If you want to relax from your stressful everyday life in quiet nature, this is the place to be. Nikos and Aggeliki are very warm and accommodating hosts, are well connected and always have a good tip or helpful contact.

Great location with incredible views.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!

Great apartment with everything you need. The place was very clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. Nice hot tub to relax in the evenings☺️. All in all very recommended!
