Villa holiday rentals in Floridia

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful villa and views of the countryside. Lovely garden spaces, pergola and swimming pool. Vincenzo, the caretaker, couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed for a week and had the buffet breakfast three times which was a delight to enjoy under the pergola. The vegetable garden was a source for salad fixings and there were fresh pomegranates and almonds from the estate availability to eat. Highly recommend booking this villa. All of the bedrooms are equally spacious with very comfortable beds, private bathrooms and access to the garden. Staying here was definitely a highlight of our three weeks in Sicily.

Mindblowingly Gorgeous! quick drive to Marina di Ragusa....central to other day trips, Modica, Noto, beaches...Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, Ignazio very responsive and helpful. Fresh milk from the dairy farm for our morning coffee was an extra touch!

We enjoyed our remote work for 1 week from Cristina’s place in Sicily very much. Restaurants and the town of Syracuse are nearby. The place is as nice as on the pictures and worth visiting even in November. Cristina is very hospitable and greeted us with a wonderful surprise - sicilian cuisine.

The house is in a beautiful area. Very clean. Host extremely friendly, Selina responds very quickly to messages. Would come back at any time.

There were two of us in the villa for 10 days. Villa has great proportion. It is a typical Sicilian villa. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. There was only two of us so plenty of space but if you are 4 people you might find the dining/living room a bit small. The beds are comfortable and very large. You can sleep up to 6 people, in beds and I believe the sofa is also a convertible bed. The house is in good order and very clean. There is a washing machine but sadly no dishwasher. The outside area is large and has 5 deck chairs to enjoy with a large dining table and chairs. There is generous space to park the car but the entry/exit is a bit tight to get in. Be careful. . The nearest beach (Naos Bar) is about 500 meters away from the villa. It is small but you should find space.The actual main beach is a kilometre away. Bear in mind that via Cassiopea is on a small hill. There is only very few places to eat near the villa but the nearest town Cassibile has lots of restaurants

This is a wonderful relaxing location with access down street to walking along water and swimming. Pool is wonderful, stargazing in the evening and overall a very relaxing place to be! No public transportation which host was very clear about so make sure to plan for shuttle, food, etc if you do not have a vehicle!

The hosts were fantastic. Made us feel very welcome and we settled in straight away. The location is rural so you do need a car to get about to visit the many amazing places in and around Noto. very peaceful which is what we were looking for and the Villa had everything you could need. The Villa was stunning and we certainly did not want to leave. Noto is around 13 minutes drive by car and a great place to visit, from eating out to viewing architecturally beautiful buildings. We also visited many other places and were not disappointed. The hosts also provided information on places to visit and eat. Thank you to our hosts Tina and Corrado we had a fantastic time. kind regards the Wall family.

Amazing villa, beautiful view and exceptionally clean.

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

we had an amazing welcome. The place is paradisiacal, never warm, the swimming pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces are spacious and well cared for. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting from the guys who wanted to swim, arriving at the adults who instead wanted to rest. Everyone had a way to do what they preferred without disturbing the others. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give us precise directions on the places nearby and not only. We had a really great time

We had a great stay at Paolo's! Communication worked out great and he was immediately on hand if we needed his help. We liked the house, we had everything we needed. The outdoor area was very well maintained. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house!

Lovely spot outside Noto. Great if you want to be a bit secluded. The pool was stunning and the house was very comfortable. Great hosts thank you!

A very nice stay with a large property. Lots of excursions and shopping in the surrounding area. Car but important. Would recommend this house, we will be back.

wow wow wow. it was just beautiful. as in the photos or even better. you have space,the pool is large .....it is as described. pietro as well as riccardo are helpful and nice. riccardo is always available if something comes up. We were unsure,as it burned nearby and he came to check immediately. We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

The apartment is very nice, we felt very comfortable. Especially the pool is a highlight. Also the beautiful and clean beach is just minutes walk away. Everything we needed to cook was there and Concetta left a folder with tips and hints about the area in the apartment. There have even been two beach chairs and a parasol for us. We are thrilled and would come back anytime.

We had a fabulous stay. Both Denis and Katjuscia were really helpful with recommendations . The Villa is just outside Scicli which is a pretty town with everything you need. The pool and grounds were great , everything had been tastefully renovated and it was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend . Its in the countryside so you definitely need a car.
