Holiday rentals with a patio in Flatåsen

We have been to this listing several times, we always left with a good experience. For the first time, we stayed here for two weeks and now it turns out for a longer stay the conditions are excellent as well.

We were an adult group of 5 people who had a short stay in Trondheim, and the apartment and facilities of Harald were a perfect fit. Easy with bus 2 down to the city center (the bus went all the time, stop right outside). The apartment was a perfect fit for 5 adults with 3 bedrooms. The host was easy to communicate with. We stayed here for 4 months as my girlfriend did a semester abroad at the university of Trondheim. The appartement is very well thought out and offers everything you need for two people. Comfortable king size bed, big couch and TV, well equipped kitchen and there is even a washing machine, which we did appreciate as well. There is a small desk and office chair in the bedroom, where I would spend most my days as a remote worker. The location in Lade was perfect. Not directly in the center but close enough to walk there within half an hour and public transport in Trondheim is great anyway. There is also a parking space in the garage of the house. The host was very friendly and helpfull and we can only recommend staying here.

A short walk from the center, close to cafes, restaurants and groceries. We had a really nice time, the apartment is spacious and has everything you need!

Incredibly nice apartment in a lovely residential neighborhood. Tastefully and simply decorated. We were there three days in the month of February and enjoyed it. Ole is a great host. We brought our dog and she felt as much at home as we did :)

The accommodation was fantastic, very cosy and quiet. Much better equipped than the description indicates. The environment was also perfect to go running or discover some trails. It was easy to get to the city centre and there was a space for a bike. The balcony is almost the whole day in the sun. Perfect location to work hard and relax at the same time.

Beautiful home where we were lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights! The house was spacious for 4 of us, comfy, clean and had everything that we needed. We even got to meet the family’s cat :) Renate was also extremely friendly and responsive which made the whole stay pleasant. Highly recommend!

Nice place with very short distance to the tram. The tram takes you quickly to the city. Recommended!

Clean and tidy and contained what you might need in the kitchen👍 Quiet neighborhood and no traffic noise. Close to Værnes which was our goal this time😊

Our stay during the World Cup was perfect, home cozy home, nice location and hosting that met expectations

As a family of 5 (3 adult children) we had a great Christmas time at Marius house. Wenn we arrived, a nice Christmas tree was already there. Plenty of room for cooking, relaxing, enjoying family time. It was great to be close to the bus station and the Fjord. Marius was very supportive to regulate the heating system. Great place to be!

Very nice and spacious apartment in perfect location. The landlord responded quickly to any questions and made us feel at home from the start.

We were VERY happy with our stay at Einar's place. We brought our daughter who was going to operate on St. Oøavs and the apartment was in walking distance to this. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you could need during your stay. Everything is clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Almost the best thing about everything was the host. He was very helpful and nice and went above and beyond to make us feel at home there. Since it was sour and cold, we stayed a lot indoors and enjoyed bingeing shows on the nice TV in the living room with Netflix and some other services as well. If you are going to Trondheim, this is definitely a very good option and has our full recommendation.

This was the second time that we were in Vebjørn's apartment and we were also staying this time great. The apartment is very nice and just as it is described. Vebjørn is very friendly and responds quickly to all our questions. Would come back for sure!

Nice and well equipped apartment in a good location, about 10 minutes walk to Tronheim Torg. Very good and tidy dialogue with Evelyn throughout the process. Absolutely an apartment and host that is recommended.

The place is inhabited if it is not rented, but it still looks fresh and new. Bed and sofa are very soft and all well equipped. A most enjoyable stay!

Perfect location where it's close to centre of Trondheim, but yet secluded and quiet area. 25 min walk to the centre Parking in a garage is also a big bonus. Good communication and would definitely stay again in the future.
