Monthly Rentals in Flaine, Arâches-la-Frasse

Fantine's place had so many lovely artistic elements, thoughtful touches and tasteful ornaments, we enjoyed the décor very much. The view of the mountain was so peaceful and serene watching the first and last skiers of the day with a well earned cup of tea. The apartment had very clever use of space with everything tucked away neatly. The shower was powerful & warm which is always a bonus for us. Right next to the ski bus stop and an intersport which was great and also 1-2 minutes walk from a spa supermarket, bakery, deli, cafe, more ski hire and other shops, plus the older funicular lift. Another minute or so down the road was the newer funicular lift to access the main level of the town. The ski locker had fun stuff in - a sledge, shovel & pan handles, with space for 1 or 2 pairs of skis I would say. The apartment did get quite warm at night with three of us there but if you were only two, you could perhaps leave the balcony door open for air. Very friendly & flexible host :)

Everything as described, plus a few surprises including very well equipped kitchen and the best shower we have ever experienced, ever, anywhere. Great view of most of the Flaine valley from the balcony. Comfortable bed, excellent access to the slopes. Bakery and Spar and ascenseur to Flaine Forum <2 mins walk. Sophie & Sebastian were v helpful inc allowing us to stay on past the checkout time to meet our transfer. We would highly recommend this apartment as a great base for a ski trip for two people.

What an amazing place to stay! From start to finish Amélie & Gaétan were brilliant hosts, super responsive and provided us valuable information that made everything so easy. The apartment was in a perfect location, being able to be on the slopes in a couple of minutes really helped, particularly for the children. The Ski School was on the doorstep and main ski lifts were within 50m of walking out of the apartment block. Thank you!
