This is the most beautiful villa: well maintained, wonderful hosts, fully stocked with most everything you would need. The location is very good for exploring this part of the island and the views of the sea on one side, and Etna on the other is really remarkable. The hot tub and pool are amazing and the space is very well organized with large rooms and plenty of common areas.

We couldn’t recommend this place more! Exceptional value for money with an unforgettable view that has to be seen to be believed. The house itself is modest but spotlessly clean and very private. Reaching it at night can be a bit tricky due to the narrow roads—prepare for some adventurous driving! Accessing Taormina is convenient if you're up for a bit of exercise: either walk about 240 steps or take a 20-minute drive. This worked well for us, and even the kids enjoyed the walk. Martina’s local recommendations were fantastic. After trying all her suggestions, I can assure you they really made our stay memorable.

Thanks Giovanni for a great stay! The kids and we loved this house right by the beach! In October the climate is very pleasant, the water of the sea is relatively warm and of absolute clarity, and being able to enjoy this from the house is extraordinary! The house is large, well-equipped, clean, and Giovanni and his family available to attend. Thanks to them.

We spent two nights at Tatiana and Giancarlo's place. The place has everything you need and Tatiana was incredibly helpful. We were also sent a brochure with helpful information about the place and what Tatiana could help with. The place is 5 to 10 minutes walking a lot of stairs up to the city center and the gondola of Mazzaro and the villa itself is sheltered from the noise of the city. There is also a great pool area on the property that you can use if desired. Everything was clean and the apartment appeared very exclusive in the furnishings and decor. There is good and sheltered parking at the property. We recommend the place and had a wonderful stay.

The villa is located in an exclusive gated community, i.e. access with roller shutter door. The surroundings are exclusive and quiet. Very large living area with the perfect views of Catania and Etna. You are super happy to come to this dream location after the excursions "home". The counter with high chairs on the deck is perfect! Kitchen is complete and we liked to cook something. Hosts are personally on site and take great care of the guests.

Beautiful villa, ideally located twenty minutes from Catania. The place is spacious and well appointed for big families. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. I 100% recommend this villa and hope to be able to go back next time.

The villa was simply stunning! We had the best, most relaxing time. The view was so pretty and special! Sandra was a great host, who made us feel welcome and safe. She replied quickly, and made sure the trip was comfortable for us. The perfect location to explore both Catania, Taormina and other cities nearby. We would 100% recommend. The hairdryer was a big plus! Also all the windows and doors had mosquito netting! Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was much appreciated (we were 3 married couples). All in all a great experience! Again, 100% recommend❤️

This villa is not a modern hotel but a grand estate reminiscent of the aristocracy of Italy; private, but living within the culture of the surrounding area. The grounds are lush and gated with a very large swimming pool. A car is necessary to get to other cities and/or bus stops/train stations. The GPS on our personal phones was excellent and useful in traveling around Sicily. Our hosts, Francesco and Maria, were warm and genteel. They live on the premises next to the villa so access to their assistance and advice was always available via phone, AirBNB and What's App. The beds are antique and amazingly comfortable - a recommendation would be to have additional pillows available for those who may not be back sleepers. We had 7 women from our bookclub back home and it sleeps 13 so there is plenty of space for a larger group. We would stay at the villa again if we do go back to Sicily. We had a great time!!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Maria’s villa. The house is located in a quiet and gated neighbourhood. The large terrace with its beautiful views over the Etna and bay is great, even in winter. The interior is spacey and conveniently fits 8 people Kitchen and living room are well equipped. Bed- and bathrooms are good. We made day trips to Catania, Syracusa, Necropoli, Fontane Bianche and Noto, all within 30-50 min drive.

We were very pleased with this extremely charming and spacious manor complete with comfortable and interesting, vintage furnishings, and light fixtures. safe, secure, quiet, with private protected parking and conveniently close to everything in Aci Trezza with Catania just a few miles down the road. Hosts were attentive kind and accessible. highly recommended.💪❤️🙏💯

Excellent stay in a peaceful village close to Mount Etna and wine country

Outside the city, this location is gorgeous with magnificent views, but it would be hard to travel without our rental car. The hosts were uniquely attentive, communicative, considerate, and generous. I wish I could say the location was quiet and peaceful, but the neighbor's honking geese and relentlessly barking dogs forced us inside in the mornings. That is one of few things we would wish different, in addition to the steep front walkway and stairwell, and complex garbage rules. However, we enjoyed the luxurious pool and panoramic terraces daily. The large overhang by the pizza oven allowed us to even appreciate the rainy days. The spacious kitchen and Sicilian-styled open layout allowed for family dinners and comfortable hang-outs. Brief maintenance visits by Giuseppe and Giulia occurred at 7:00 daily, but they kindly did not enter the house. Any questions were immediately answered, and requests carefully met. Overall, we felt welcomed, cared-for, appreciated, and unfettered.

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

Amazing Views, Spacious Home, Great Host! We recently spent a month at Concetto's place, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Concetto was incredibly responsive and professional, always available when needed. The home itself was very clean and spacious, offering more than enough room for our family. The view from the house is absolutely stunning, and the pool was sparkling clean with a perfect water temperature — great for both relaxing and swimming. However, there are a few things future guests might want to know. There is no dryer, just a drying rack, which worked fine for us but may require planning for longer stays. Additionally, there’s no outdoor grill or usable outdoor kitchen, which would have been nice to have. Also, keep in mind that walking to the main streets can be tricky. The driveway is very steep and windy, and even after reaching the bottom, there’s another steep hill to tackle. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an amazing stay!

This house was one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. We went for a week and a half on a family trip, and it could not have been more incredible. Somehow, the grounds are even more lush and beautiful and spacious than the photos make them look. Incredible views of Mt. Etna and innumerable spots for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Our manager of the property was more like a concierge. Gianluca was more welcoming and helpful than anyone I've encountered in years renting Airbnb places. We will surely be back and can't recommend it highly enough for anyone checking it out!

We had an unforgettable stay at Giuliana’s home in Ragalna! The house itself is truly unique, with stunning views of Sicily. The design and character of the space added to the charm, making it a perfect retreat outside of Catania. What made our experience even more incredible was our amazing host. She was exceptionally generous with her time, warmly welcoming us and sharing the history of her home. Her local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations helped us make the most of our stay, from exploring the surrounding area to discovering hidden gems around Etna we wouldn’t have found on our own. If you’re looking for a peaceful and authentic Sicilian experience with a wonderful host, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Lovely Airbnb in a private compound. Walkable to the little village of Santa Tecla and to a Hotel with a nice Lido. Paolo was a great host and very responsive throughout the stay.

The house located in a truly peaceful and relaxing place, with lemon trees and olive trees around; the house is very beautiful and lovely, with lovely flowers around the garden, and smell really good. Vanessa and her family are very kind and nice, provided us everything we need. It's easy to drive to so many nice restaurants nearby, and very close to several towns and cities. We had a wonderful week here!

My wife, two children and I were greeted by Domenico. He was very welcoming, took the time to give us the instructions and was proactive (recommendations, additional information about the accommodation...) throughout the stay so that we had a great experience. The space is spacious and has everything a family needs. Finally, the accommodation is very well placed to radiate in the area and go to Taormina, Etna, Catania or Syracuse. In short, I recommend:-).

Probably one of my favorite Airbnb experiences so far. The place is beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos, super spacious, has everything we needed and more, and had stunning views of Etna. We felt right at home and did not even want to leave the place to explore. Daniella was a superstar, she was very friendly, proactive, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing house and super kind owner! You can feel it’s very relaxing, clean and great place to rest. Indeed, you probably cannot get here without a car, and the road is quite challenging. But the house is rewarding you as soon as you open the gate :) I recommend 100%

We spent a 10 day vacation here as a group of friends. Already upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the beauty of property and surroundings: located in the beautiful lemon grove overlooking the slopes of Mount Etna and the sea. It couldn't get any better! Boredom never arose, the area offers a lot! However, a car is important. There was also always something to do on the property: beautiful pool, ping pong table, foosball, football or cooking in the great kitchen... and always fresh lemons. Maria Gulia and Angelo are super friendly and often helped us with tips and quick answers. The villa is an absolute recommendation!!
