Very peaceful and relaxing stay and all the amenities just a few minutes drive away, in a good location to visit many interesting places along the Norfolk coast. Mario the host made us feel very welcome with milk in the fridge and a nice sponge cake on our arrival. The garden is very nice with an enclosed seating area and a large grass area behond with mature trees and shrubs, will definitely return in the future

Little flint cottage was the perfect escape. Had a wonderful pre birthday stay. Hilary had thought of everything, including a cover for the circular window. Incredibly clean and warm. Great communication and plenty of information laid out on our arrival. Thank you Hilary :-)

Lovely peaceful accommodation. Exactly as described, very clean and uncluttered. Easy check in, nice welcome hamper a lovely bonus. Off road private parking right outside the premises with the property all on one level with no stairs. Outdoor seating provided. Hosts are lovely and friendly. Looking to book again for next year.

We had a great stay here. Lovely location which was perfect for exploring the north Norfolk coast, very close to Cromer and great links to Sheringham/Holt etc as well as places further afield like Wells Very quiet, very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and nice welcome pack with local recommendations I would stay here again :)
