We really loved Little Flints & hope to stay again in future. Very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed & Hilary was a communicative & kind host. Great for walking the dog locally & so well situated for lots of lovely places. Thank you Hilary, we had such a great weekend staying here.

Fantastic find - a perfect location with all of Cromer within close walking distance, but a really peaceful sanctuary. Loved having North Lodge Park at the end of the road. Easy private parking also a huge bonus. Flat was comfortable and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well supplied. Loved all the board games! Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful few days staying in the lovely converted barn. Eleanor had thought of everything so it was super easy to settle in quickly. Worth noting the WiFi was pretty fast, we got over 45mbps. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything we needed to cook, even the finer details like olive oil and salt and pepper. The barn is beautifully decorated with some lovely artwork, and the bed is super comfy ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom is very nicely done and the shower hot and powerful. Location is great for Cromer and surrounding areas and the meadow is perfect for dog walking, Stanley had a lovely break as well. We will certainly return.

We had a lovely stay. The boathouse was a great base to explore North Norfolk, and a wonderful place to relax after our long walks!
