Monthly Rentals in Lexington

Sometimes you book a place and it is a huge disappointment from what you see online. Melanie’s place is the exact OPPOSITE of that. I loved it from the second we pulled up. This apartment is so cozy, clean, and comfortable, and Melanie was a responsive and gracious host. The neighborhood is historically beautiful as well and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend in this perfect, intimate space, we were so busy on our short trip. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to town!

This was a cute clean little place and the location was great! About 15 minutes from the airport and around the corner from grocery and a decent Mexican restaurant. The backyard was huge and the kitchen had everything we needed. I love being able to do a load of laundry while traveling and this laundry was conveniently upstairs between the bedrooms. I do wish there was another chair in the living room for sitting. Or maybe a couch as opposed to just a loveseat. But the place was lovely and if we ever visit Lexington again-we will stay here!

Space was wonderful and as described. Well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. JoAnn was always super responsive to any questions, issues or concerns. Great neighborhood, quiet and safe and wonderful area to walk in.

Home was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located to Keeneland and other attractions. Host was proactive and always responsive. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever in the area.
