Monthly Rentals in Farmingville

This was a perfect spot for me and my wife to stay while visiting family in the area. Clean and comfy, and the separate entrance made for a good sense of privacy.

I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.

Very clean, well-maintained, good ventilation, convenient location. The hosts are supportive and respond quickly. If you’re particularly tall (over 6’4”), it might be helpful to check with the host in advance.

Great cozy place to stay. Place was comfortable/ well furnished and the kitchenette was a big plus. Very clean and the host is responsive and helpful. You will never go wrong booking this place!
