Monthly Rentals in Farmington

Marie’s place was exactly as described with lots of amenities. We only crashed there after a concert nearby and were up and out quite early so didn’t take advantage of anything except the fridge. For a family, this would be a great place to stay, although I don’t know what the town of Milford offers in terms of recreation. But for us, it sure beat a 2 hour drive back home. Conveniently located to the highway too.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and comfortable. We went to the beach while we stayed there. Great value and a nice location.

We were lucky to snag this place during a big soccer tournament weekend. It was a very close drive to the venue. Street parking was ample and we never felt unsafe even arriving after 11:00 pm the first night. The white noise machines came in handy for sleeping, he supplied coffee pods, sugar and liquid creamer, and the makeup remover wipes were a great surprise. Comfortable beds with non-scratchy sheets that smelled good. Very much appreciated the washer and dryer with tide pods so we could wash my daughter’s 2 uniforms.

We had a great weekend stay! We were in Frederica for an event at DE Turf Sports Complex, and Elaine’s place is <10min drive from there, so very convenient. We needed the sofa bed, and when we arrived the sofa bed was already made into a bed - we appreciated that. The place is also dog friendly. We realized that we did not bring enough poop bags for our dog, but luckily Elaine’s place had extra poop bags prepared. Overall we had a good experience!
