Such a quaint little cozy place! Very updated, comfortable space that was perfect for our short stay… We really liked the quiet neighborhood & dead end street with cute little cup de sac for walking our dog in the morning 😊 Would definitely stay again & recommend to others!

This studio is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet space close to all Indy has to offer. It was easy to get to, the off street parking was convenient, and the home is exactly like the listing. Eric was super responsive and an excellent host! For anyone wondering about accessibility, it's all one level with a slight step up into the home, however we easily managed with two manual wheelchair users and had an amazing experience!
