Great stay, very comfortable beds and loved the multiple bathrooms. Good location, close to restaurants and shops and reasonable walking access to the beach.

Overall we had a great stay. The house was extremely comfortable, lovely renovations with lots of thoughtful touches and extras we loved. The location is superb and we loved the outdoor spaces as the scenery ( trees, birds river) was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Our pooch loved exploring in the fully fenced yard. It’s a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

Amazing to have booked accomodation for my family and it was exactly as it is described. The pool and lounge area was just perfect for our family to swim and relax together. Julia was quick to respond when I needed to clarify anything. They opened their home and made us feel like we were right at home. Special mention to the added extras that we never expected. The pantry had everyday items to use. The fridge had bread, ham, cheese, milk and condiments so that after our long drive from Sydney, we could enjoy a sandwich for lunch, but what touched me the most was a bottle of bubbles with a handwritten card to celebrate the safe arrival of our new little granddaughter. Never expected but so beautiful. Thank you both, you made our time together as a family a memory I will never forget.

Thank you very much Shane - you were exceeding thoughtful (with every minor detail including foil, oil, various types of teas, towels, use of pool etc) and accomodating (with all our queries and requests). Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Northern NSW, this completely off-grid retreat offers the perfect opportunity to disconnect & recharge away from the hustle of daily life. Despite being a "tiny home," it’s surprisingly spacious & comfortably accommodated our family of four. The outdoor amenities are a highlight—a BBQ, a firepit with grilling attachments, & a charming outdoor tub heated by fire coals add to the experience. Situated on a working farm, there’s plenty to explore & enjoy if you’re looking to immerse yourself in country life. Wildlife enthusiasts will also love the possibility of spotting koalas, which are sometimes seen in the nearby reserve (just 5min away) or even on the property itself. Andrea & Jim, the hosts, were exceptionally responsive & helpful, going above & beyond to ensure we were safe & comfortable, even during some unexpectedly wild weather. As an added bonus, the coast is only a 25mins drive away for some surf, sun & fun. You wont be disappointed!

If you are looking for complete calm in the most beautiful and pristine surroundings Villa Belza is the perfect place for a holiday. We spent Christmas cooking, kayaking,resting, reading, and with constant short trips across to the perfect beaches nearby. What an amazing location and what a charming and stylish house. So lovely! Sitting on the veranda watching the sunset with a glass of champagne, or walking by the lake first thing in the morning is heaven. So lucky to have stayed in Pierre’s beautiful house.

this was a little gem. the apartment had everything we needed and the location was right in the heart of some great restaurants and bars. Aldi quite close too. it wasn't really that noisy and certainly didn't bother us but the air con unit on the buildings opposite is noisy and should really have some noise control. however this is out of the control of the owner. all the facilities were fab including a big comfy bed. A great apartment and we would def recommend a stay here.

Loved our stay on the water! Great communication, the spa was excellent and we loved our little visits from the owners dog Nyla! It was a great spot to fish and boat with a great club just around the corner! Loved it!!

Perfect stay in Angourie. We loved it here, what a location! Really quiet, lovely area within walking distance to Spooky Beach and the Blue and Green Pools. Amazing coffee literally on your doorstep and 6 min drive to Yamba. We would stay here again anytime and hopefully we will!
