Beach house holiday rentals in Exuma

We had an excellent time at the south side cottage. We loved the privacy, beach access and activities offered. The central location was convenient. The cottage was clean and exactly as advertised. Tammy was helpful prior to our arrival, and Seron and Gail were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend it and it’s certainly worthy of a repeat visit.

Talk about a perfect place to stay while on the island. Not only are you a few minute drive from Georgetown, you have direct access to a beautiful beach and have two amazing beaches on either side of your bay. The Kitchen is fantastic and updated, with a new water heater and AC. You'll be comfy not matter what time of the year you go. Short drive to water taxi for little Exuma, several awesome restaurants close by. I would highly recommend staying here. If you feel like staying in and taking a day to stay out of the sun, the house is fully equipped with good wifi and great TVs.

This is the best location on Tropic of Cancer Beach, and perhaps in all of Exuma! We loved the large deck and being able to walk right onto the beach. The house actually looks better than the photos with lots of nice little extra touches of turtle and beach themes. The house is very well equipped with most things you need for self catering and comfort. An added bonus was a kayak and SUP. The only place for food and drink on the beach is Brea’s bar, run by Sandy. She makes superb cocktails and hamburgers, and a great place to meet people. We loved the fact there is nothing else on the beach but homes. One thing to be aware of though, sandflies are vicious!

Our stay at ocean oasis was everything we hoped! Beautiful white sand beaches and very private. We could hear the ocean at night and it was so relaxing. The house was well equipped with a variety of family games & cards. We enjoyed leisurely mornings and cooking breakfast at home. Every appliance you could need was there at the ready. We did a big grocery haul at Exuma market, we did have to purchase all the basics such as salt & pepper, coffee filters etc. Ghandy was responsive and available for all things big or small. She provided us with recommendations for adventures & food around the island. If you are looking for quiet, peace and relaxation this is the perfect spot for beach loving sun seekers!!

Our group of 9 are very adventurous and foodies! We travel together a lot and are very easy going but do love nice accommodations 1000%! The Jolly Turtle DELIVERED!!! From being picked up at the airport curbside to being dropped off and Janet created us, opened the front door and BAM we knew we were in our perfect haven. Super clean and accommodating. Janet was a phone call away if we needed anything, even sent us out to grocery right away as it closed at 3 or we would have been without for evening snacks and drinks! Loved having both cars available for us to use. That was amazing. We went in slow season so we felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. We went from one end to the other and found lots of great places to explore. Recommend Rusty Anchor and Blue on the Water! Enjoyed our boating day with Antonio and our trip to coconut bay and chit and chat has the sting rays to pet. They are like sweet puppies. Saw 3 huge star fish and sharks up close. Sweet!!!

Another fabulous stay at Shangri La. Beyond gorgeous beach!! Cat Island is where I go for great DIY bonefishing and to enjoy the welcoming and low key pace of the island.

Thanks to the descriptions and Google Maps, we found the house right away. We immediately felt comfortable and even cooked for the first time in the kitchen the same evening. Thanks to the note that the last supermarket closes around 1900, we were still able to stock up in time, although we didn't get out of the airport until around 1800. You can really only walk from the house to the beach. For everything else, a rental car is absolutely necessary, without which it is just not possible - which is the same for most other islands by the way. Thanks to our host and her house, we had a very nice holiday on Exuma and can only recommend it.

We can’t say enough how perfect Sea Breeze was for us. So spacious and well appointed, pool and beach for varied water experiences, beautiful comfortable furniture and beds, so many spaces to relax together, shady comfortable front verandahs with views of the ocean/sunrise/sunset where you could always find a breeze, beautiful back pool deck for sunning, pool/ping pong table for inside fun, excellent AC, supplied all our needs (unlimited towels, shopping bags, coolers, blankets, pillows, spices, cutlery and dishes, ice premade and tonnes of trays, direct tv, dvds, cds, books, board games, bottled water provided, some food supplies to get you by in emergency), Brea’s bar and grill is a two minute walk away for tasty food and delicious drinks, Santana’s restaurant is a 5 min. drive away, and the location is so private, but 50m from one of the best beaches on the island. The road from the highway to the house is CRAZY bumpy but just go slow and it’s fine! Caretaker is great! Stay Here!

The accommodations were lovely. Very clean and the decor was beautiful. We loved the screened in patio for morning coffee. Ingrid was very responsive and friendly. Donardo was our local support on site if needed. We had a great time.

What a great place to spend a week at Exuma with our family of 5. Away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but close enough for a quick trip into town. We popped over to the Blue Conch restaurant, which is across the street at the Exuma Palms resort, on our first night after a long day of travel and enjoyed a good meal. We also used the pool for a couple hours on our last day after checking-out and before our flight. So convenient! The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked. The beds were comfortable, as were the upstairs furniture. We enjoyed several movies. For any runners, the paved road running alongside the house (not Queens Hwy) was the perfect spot. You can run for a few miles on a paved surface with little traffic. The best part of Sea Monkey were the hosts. They answered all my questions and responded promptly when needed. Definitely book their place!

Updated, clean, and perfectly located. Everything was as advertised and worked perfectly, and Victoria responded within minutes to all of our inquiries. I would definitely rent this house again!!

Tricia is a wonderful host and offers a classy and well appointed home for her guests. Our family of four were very comfortable and enjoyed the inside and the lovely outside deck. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, a travel cooler for beach gear as well as ample fluffy towels! Hideaways is within view and an easy walk across the street which is a convenient place with beach chairs, umbrellas, restaurant, outside showers and friendly staff. Jolly Hall, a local beach and one of our favorites was an easy walk over. Tricia is kind, responsive and easy to communicate with and she was awesome at giving recommendations in the area :) we highly recommend her space and being taken care of by her and her helpers! As a host myself at BeachyBu Cottage in Michigan, I was happy to be on the receiving end of a quality experience. 5 stars all around!

I cannot sing the praises of Kelly and Her Staff, David, Alexis & Zach! Booking the property was incredibly easy, Kelly is superbly prompt in responding to messages. She jumped on a phone call with me and explained everything in detail, gave me all necessary contact information, and made the process as hassle free as is humanly possible. I am a corporate pilot, so I was flying in my boss to the island as a matter of course. I arranged transport with David Arnold, who was very punctual, he drove us to the property, also let us know that the vehicle was included in the rental, which made getting to the restaurant very convenient. Lest I forget Zach & Alexis which were the highly of my trip! They were incredibly gracious & accommodating hosts, knowledgeable, gregarious, charming and purely delightful. Zach & Alexis took me out fishing, made an incredible Mahi diner from our catch, enchanted and regaled me with stories of the history of the island, and made a friend of me for life! A++++++

We traveled with a large group of family (adults and children) and this home was in the perfect location and just large enough for us all. Una is the most wonderful host- she felt like family by the time we left! If you're looking for a stay in Georgetown, this is perfect for a big group. As an added benefit, we were able to also rent their Tahoe, and Dingy, which was SO hopeful for trips to the market, as well as cruising and exploring the islands. The hosts were SO responsive, answering any question or responding to any need within minutes. We felt safe in the home, and often walked all around town. Georgetown is a wonderful spot on the island, one we will return to again. The oceans nearby are out of a movie, the bluest and clearest water I have ever seen. Our trip was a fairytale, and we could not have done it without Una and this home!

There are not enough words to explain how amazing Kamal’s place is and the location. Very safe and everyone around us were so friendly. The house is equipped with everything that you need including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We brought some groceries and the kitchen was well equipped including a propane grill outside. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. We loved the location and had the most amazing week at the house.

Exuma is worth the visit. Hope to get back. Beautiful beaches, friendly people everywhere. Angi very helpful and quick responses from her as well as Jasmine. Interesting history. Groceries a little more $$ than expected - but it is an island.

We had the most relaxing wonderful vacation. The Airbnb was excellent! Clean, modern and very spacious. Large showers and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking. Location was perfect in the middle of the island. We rented a car and explored the north and south ends of the island. The beach was a short walk away with amazing rocks and coves with white sand and crystal clear turquoise water. You will have seclusion and basically a beach to yourselves! Just a short 5-10 minute drive to Georgetown or the airport. The host Glenroy was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed at Queen of Harts villa in December 2024 for over a week. The location is outstanding for scenic vistas and white sand walks. The owner was responsive and friendly. The villa was clean and neat, and very roomy. The master bedroom bed was wonderful and the rooms and bathrooms comfortable and large. The seating on the wrap around balcony provided a great vantage point to all day scenic views of islands and aqua blue water. The porch overlooks your private beach (only saw four other people for a week). The private beach has soft sand and an easy entrance into the water. The house manager, Louise, was an outstanding host who connected us to the Rolleville community. The level of customer service provided by Louise and the owners was incredible. They made us feel special during our visit. A 5 minute walk along a quiet road, Exuma Point Beach sandbar is exceptional; at low tide walk nearly a mile across soft sand / ankle-deep water to spot starfish, shells, etc.

Brand new house. The outside area is under construction. It's gonna be sweet when finished. The house was a great place to come home to. Great living and kitchen space to hang out in with your buds. Really Comfy bedrooms, and quiet. Quiet little spot up the hill away from everything and very private. 9 minutes to town and a little grocery store at the beginning of the gravel road. The owners were great to work with. Robert came by to show us how to use the remote and make sure we were all good. We rented a minivan from him also. Thank you for a great week!

Everything was great. House was very presentable had everything you might need. Likewise the kitchen, where I cooked my wife a cake for her BD. The near by beach, two minute walk, is beyond awesome. Can't go wrong here.
