This great vacation home with beach front view right off the ocean! One bedroom 2 full bath with pullout couch will easily sleep 4 and has all the amenities you need to have a great vacation!! Also available is a pool and exercise room on site. Super convenient is Splash restaurant right within the same area! Also take advantage of the free paddle boards and beach accessories included! We absolutely loved this beautiful beach house and Fernandez Bay Beach. September is when most restaurants are closed, we were so thankful Jana had such a well stocked kitchen. We did enjoy conch salad at Duke’s twice and delicious dinners twice at Hidden Treasures at Regatta/Cultural Park. Water view out both bedrooms, dining area, living room and back porch was spectacular! Amazing sunrises off front porch over the coconut tree and sunsets from the back porch. Great snorkeling, kayaking and exploring by the rocks in all directions. Cat Island is friendly, natural, uncrowded. Alvernia’s Food Store was great for car rental and the freshest groceries/good selection during our 2 week stay. The Cat Island map made it easy to explore/adventure out each day, great pics! Always nice to be back at the beach house for a swim and outdoor shower! Nice hot indoor showers if rain approached. Definitely planning to return! Thankful to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary at such a special place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charline's house in Exuma! The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the island. The private beach was a true highlight, offering a serene and picturesque spot for our family to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. We also made great use of the BBQ, which made for some fantastic meals while taking in the beautiful views from the terrace. Charline was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local activities and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The house felt like a home away from home, and our kids especially loved it. We also appreciated the opportunity to rent the boat, which added an unforgettable experience to our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Exuma. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable island getaway!

We had a lovely stay at Bonefish La Vista. Jott the property manager was fantastic and made sure we had all the island information we needed as well as making sure we were okay during the stay. The beach location is incredible and the apartment ticked all our boxes. A fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if/when we revisit Exuma!

We had an amazing stay at Boujee Beach Villa! Loved everything Hideaways had to offer-beach, pool, SUP/kayaks, short walk to secluded Jolly Beach, and short walk to Shirley’s restaurant. We bought most groceries at Smitty’s and cooked breakfast and dinner-we were exploring during the day and had lunch out. Had some issues with April’s van and she was beyond helpful and understanding. I understand that issues occur with owning a home/car…really appreciated how she handled everything! The people in Bahamas are so warm and friendly too. We hope to return to Exuma and we’d definitely stay at Boujee Beach Villa again!

Lovely beach cottage with direct ocean access. Well appointed with beach towels, outdoor furniture and kitchen ware. A great place to relax and enjoy the lovely view. Very private and away from the crowds. Need a rental car and the road to the cottage is in great condition (apart from a one short section). For a good selection of groceries, it is best to stop in George Town.

My stay at Ida's place was absolutely wonderful! The location was fantastic, close to all the local attractions and amenities. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Ida was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like local tips and recommendations. In addition, the tour hosted by her son, Terren, was marvelous. 2 Bedroom Beach House In Staniel Cay

Sandy Pylos is in a stunning location overlooking the water. You can swim right from the backyard in calm shallow water, and the house looks out over the sunset. We rented a golf cart through 3Ns and they picked us up from the airport and helped bring our luggage to the house. Be prepared to purchase additional amenities like soap, toilet paper, etc. if you will be there more than a few days. Our toddler and baby were right at home. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the kitchen and living space have ceiling fans. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, plates, pots, pans, etc. plus a few spices. The host can assist with provisioning food and there are local stores that carry the necessities. We would stay again!

Place was in a good remote locations with easy access to the road and everything is less than an hour drive away. Rental car is a must have and it served well during the 5 day stay. Would highly recommend the early checkin and late checkout. On the top of all this the ride to and from the airport was excellent service. Five stars on every aspect.
