We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

Claremont Apartment - Peaceful City Centre Living

Although Claremont is situated only a few minutes easy walk from the City Centre, it is in a very private, quiet and peaceful wooded area. There is ample parking and the St. Leonards' "village" shops and cafes are nearby. Claremont was built in 1967 as a typical brick bungalow. In 2003 it was extensively modernised in the "Grand Designs" style and a 2 storey extension was added. It is this extension that houses the accommodation unit.
