Judine is an awesome host and her house was fantastic on all levels! Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and is also in a really great location. Close to downtown and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. We hope to utilize her home in the future and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Manhattan for any reason!

I don't usually write reviews - but this outstanding experience called for one! We were so excited to stay at this cabin and it met and exceeded our expectations. The place is gorgeous, it's close enough to town, and the view is unbeatable. We came for a winter stay and watching the lake with the woodburning stove going is something I'll never forget. The amenities are outstanding. The kitchen is well stocked and cooking was a delight. The bedding and blanket options were plentiful. Lydia was attentive and brought over starter logs and fire wood immediately, and allowed us a later checkout since there wasn't another booking right after. Would give this place a 20/10 and we will be back someday, we fell in love with this cabin and the hospitality couldn't be beat.

The house was great. It was as advertised, as well as a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable place. All the guest that went loved it and joked about wanting to move in. It felt like home. Brandie, thanks for renting us your house, we loved it and it had everything we needed. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Beautiful home with tons of space! The views of the lake and overlooking land was incredible--both sunset and sunrise were amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great place to stay for a weekend! Very responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and off street parking!

The house was perfect for our family. We wanted a relaxing, roomy, and place with a view for the seven of us to hang out and relax while visiting family in the area. The view of the lake through the huge windows along with a roaring fire in the fireplace made for a great time. If it had been warmer the deck and outdoor fire pit would’ve been greatly utilized too. While we didn’t use it while we were there, the new hot tub looked amazing as well. Hoping to find the time to visit this location again in the future.

This Airbnb has to have the most beautiful view in Lawrence. It is so incredibly peaceful, you feel like you are in the middle of Colorado. The space itself is really cool and has everything you need to relax. As the description states you can rent the upper half (which we did) or the whole house. The upper half of the house had plenty of space for my husband and myself, and more to spare if we needed it. Truly a gem, and the hosts were incredibly nice!!!
