Holiday rentals with a pool in Ernakulam

This property is very conveniently located. The dedicated parking spot is very helpful as the property is located in a prime area,where, even paid parking is next to impossible to find at most times. The apartment is clean and very spacious.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and peaceful accommodation for family or friends. Thank you once again, Amruth!

We had a lovely stay. We are so happy with the place and service. The home is beautiful and a nice haven from the city. The pool was so nice. The team there makes you feel right at home and so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had everything we needed during our stay. The host also help us set up transportation to and from airport, a day tour, and gave wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend this house and host to others.

Madilina House turned out to be a real gem! Can't rave enough about how gorgeous the propertyis...the location is wonderful - beautiful gardens right next to the peaceful river; we could kayak right out of the garden! The pool is great, the villa is very pretty with well sized rooms. Karma, Akhil and Asha made sure we were well looked after. Abhi was really helpful with all his suggestions. We had a wonderful holiday - thanks so much! Would love to come back.

Great place to stay specially when you are with the family. Not a party place as situated in quiet surrounding with other houses nearby. Good restaurants within 3KM radius. Caretaker Hali was very cooperative and responsive assured us a comfortable stay.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

Camper is like a private mini-resort. It is a wonderful place for a family reunion or group. The swimming pool and private entrance to peaceful beach were highlights. We chose to have the staff cook our meals which were delicious and easy with 4 young children. Laundry was also available and help booking ayurvedic treatments and a traveler van to the airport. Excellent service and beautiful home.

Mr.Swamy was very helpful to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and a great hospital. The Uber worked out real well for all our needs. Also appreciate an assigned parking space, easy to get in and out. All the accessories in the apartment worked well and Swamy was there if we needed any help with any issues like setting up TV or anything else. We enjoyed the stay at Joy’s apartment and look forward to a stay next year during November and December. Thanks. Joseph M P
