Great location in Old Town Erie. Neat, quaint tiny house. Private fenced and secure courtyard. Nicely outfitted with all the necessities. Comfy bed. Michael was very responsive to messages. We would stay there again.

Adorable, quiet 1 bedroom place with free parking

Anne's place is pristine and had all the items we needed. When we asked for something we needed, she promptly provided it. The place is located in a nice area in Erie with open space to walk. The shower is efficient and the bed is comfortable with a nice desk to do work. She replied fast and we felt comfortable.

Great place in rural Erie with a beautiful view of the front range and lots of space. The property is large and in warmer weather would be a treat to enjoy (it was cold during my stay). Jon's dogs are super sweet and were very nice to my 2 dogs. The guest house is quite clean and fully equipped.
