The property was incredible and perfect for the weekend we had planned. It was spacious, clean and in general a really nice property in which fits the photos perfectly. Marina was a very responsive and in general a brilliant host, always on hand to go that extra mile and answer any questions. I would recommend this place over and over. Five star from me!!!

Absolutely lovely house, in a great location for the town centre and beautifully clean on arrival. Jennie and Rob were very responsive hosts, gave lots of useful information before we arrived with how the house worked and good local places to see and checked in whilst we were staying. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay at the Old Red Lion. Such a beautiful and homely property, a beautiful layout, very relaxing, well equipped and perfect for our half term visit. A great location for exploring the nearby countryside and attractions. Would highly recommend.

Philippe is a welcoming host. We immediately felt comfortable in the discussion. The accommodation is very "cosi", simple but very warm. The exteriors are worthy of an English cottage..with plenty of quite friendly retro decor. The proximity to the port and the coast is appreciated for both walking and cycling. Highly recommend this sweet spot.

We had a wonderful stay for a friends Hen. The perfect location for being in the middle of Brighton and a lovely house. Hosts were always responsive and messaging to check up on how we were finding the stay. I would highly recommend this property for a group weekend away in Brighton!

A great place for a stop over but will try to stay for longer next time. Abigail is a very caring and considerate host. The place was very cosy and warm and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend!

Had the best family New Year at Rose's. Beautiful welcoming and very cosy home. Stunning sea views from the house. Right near the shops, pubs and restaurants. Excellent communication from Rose giving you all the required information you need and more. Could not of wished for a better family break set in the most fabulous location. The house has ample space providing you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fresh towels, toiletries, lots of games to play, the list goes on. Would very highly recommended and we will most definitely be returning.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a visit to Brighton. The house is beautiful with great facilities and it is really close to everything. Matthew is an excellent host and made the trip really easy for us. We didn’t have a car on this visit but the availability of a car parking space is a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again.

We returned to Moretonhampstead for my sister’s 70th birthday as this was the village where we grew up. My niece came too. Everything from start to finish at this house was great. It felt like staying in the home of a much loved relative. Kitchen was well equipped ( but we ate out!). Beds comfortable. Great bathroom. All communication was answered very quickly and faultless. Great place. Great host. Thoroughly recommend this place. Thank you John and Su.

If you're a large group then this is a great find. It's on the high street so great access to shops, pubs and restaurants, but also it's not too noisy. Beds are comfy and the showers are powerful - what more could you want!

All close to the center and the beach, we put the car down and we don't move it anymore, all are on foot. I have never seen a village with such beautiful colorful houses. On site beautiful opportunities for walks. And once you come home, exceptional comfort with a decorative decoration worthy of a decorative architect.

Stay was lovely home away from home. Can be a little noisy at night as it’s near some pubs and restaurants and the windows are only single glazed but these are things that cannot be changed due to location and type of building, I am used to the silence of the countryside at night so I am more aware of noise than others would be. Overall a great house and we would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the house. It matched the description perfectly and it met exactly our needs. The 3 apartment system worked great for us - since our group was composed of different families, and a baby. The location was also very good: close to the train station and to the sea. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

I just want to say this property is fantastic, it's amazingly clean and surpassed all my expectations and the lovely little details of soap and memory foam mattresses. This has got to be the best air bnb I've stayed in.

We had such a lovely stay for New Year's at Seaview Cottage. The property was perfect for our family of 4 (plus one dog!) - great location, nicely decorated, lovely view and ample space. Penzance is a great town as well, offering plenty of activities come rain or shine. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic stay in Weymouth between Christmas and new year. The house is in a quiet spot and a great location for lots of coastal walks including Chesil beach. The house was perfect for us, really clean and well equipped. We all enjoyed the hot tub too after a day of walking, was a lovely treat! Lots going on in Weymouth, we got to the Parkrun and enjoyed the panto at the Pavillion. Fish and chips from Bennetts were very tasty!

Working in the town centre so was an ideal location and very reasonably priced. Was always easy to contact host and they were super friendly

By far the best rental we have ever stayed in (and there have been many!). Also the best situated one for a town/city centre. All the hosts were super helpful, in particular Holly. The breakfast supplies were a nice touch, and we loved the fact that it has 2 bathrooms and a lovely comfortable bed. Lovely restaurants in town - this time we tried The Giggling Squid, The Ivy and China Royal (buffet). Great selection of shops too. We'll definitely try to stay here when we come back to this lovely town.

We stayed with our family of 8 adults and 2 young kids at Katherine's place and we loved it. The house is perfect and has everything you need. We loved the way it was decorated and designed and made us feel very at home. Everything is closeby, communication went smooth and easy and restaurant tips were great. We would definitely come back!
