I can’t shout about this property enough. Beautifully clean and well decorated, everything you could want in a bathroom and kitchen from shower gel to coffee pods, it was really homely. Perfect location to Whitstable high st and the beach. Great restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops and local shopping. Everyone is always so friendly in Whitstable and very pet friendly. Will definitely book again xx

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

We enjoyed staying at David’s. It’s halfway between Poole Harbour and Sandbanks, set back on a quiet road with easy parking at weekends. House is well equipped and felt spacious. Perfect for a family break. Five minute walk to huge park, boating lake and children’s playgrounds.

A truly special place that exceeded all expectations. The reviews are all incredibly complimentary for a reason. The location is beautiful, the interiors are done to such a high standard and the hosts are brilliant. Could not recommend this place highly enough. A cottage of dreams! We absolutely loved our stay at Kings Cottage… the house was perfect - so beautifully done and well kitted out. Stunning garden for the children to play in and the most gorgeous picture perfect setting in Kingston Deverill. Pleasant small apartment with a beautiful view on the arm of the sea as described. Extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. Ideal location to discover the surroundings ( Beg-meil Concarneau Bénodet...) Carole is a very responsive and friendly host. We had a great time.

Had an absolutely fantastic few days in Austin’s lovely beachside barn. Beautifully decorated, with fantastic facilities including hot tub, pool table and cinema screen. But the icing on the top was being able to sit out and admire the stunning views across the bay. Perfect location for visiting family, so we have booked again for a few months time. Enjoyed a fabulous take away from the Indian restaurant just a short walk away (would have loved to have eaten in but they do not allow dogs).

Sue and Ian are very friendly hosts. The house is tastefully decorated, functional and cozy, it's a pleasure to stay by the beautiful fireplace and wood stove, it feels like home. Its geographical location is ideal for combining sightseeing and outdoor activities. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay with family. A property that we would recommend.

The place is good for one or two families with children. The living room is warm with the fireplace, and the cottage is well equipped with dishes, games and books. We were hiking on the gr34, and it is well located to reach it around the abers.
