We had a great stay at Chillax Villa. The villa was enormous, with a beautiful terrace, set in a peaceful garden. it was a quick stroll down to Silent beach which was like paradise. The sri lankan breakfast were great, we enjoyed hoppers, deal, coconut pancakes and fruit salad. Would have loved to have stayed linger.

This experience was one of the greatest of all. Dillip is such a nice person, he cares about your well-being, he is so attentive to whatever you are needing, he made me feel like I was with a life-time friend. We had a couple of cool adventures together, because he showed me places to visit nearby. He taught me how to prepare local dishes and all of his cooking is just breathtaking. As a solo female traveler I felt safe all my stay! His family is so nice, his father brought me fruits almost daily and we had great conversations even though the language barrier. I want to come back to this magical place, totally recommend it! You will get the chance to meet an amazing human being and hopefully get a friendship on the way!

We stayed at Villa Ocean Divine for six nights and had an unforgettable experience. The villa is stunning, with spacious rooms, luxurious bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The social areas, garden, and pool provided the perfect setting for relaxation. Breakfasts were a highlight—delicious and varied every morning. On our first evening, we enjoyed a fantastic barbecue dinner that set the tone for the rest of our stay. A special mention goes to Dinesh, the house manager, who was always helpful, attentive, and ensured every detail was perfect. His hospitality made us feel truly at home. Villa Ocean Divine is the perfect getaway, and we’re already dreaming of returning!

Kingfisher the ground floor flat at Khomba is an absolute gem! This lovely 2-bedroom flat is set in stunning grounds right on Tangalle Beach. The flat itself was spotless, with a super comfy bed that made for perfect nights of rest after days spent exploring or relaxing. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a fantastic spot to unwind while surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. Kingfisher is the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape. We can’t wait to go back!

Paradise!!! Most beautiful and peaceful place in the world. 3rd year in a row we make this tradition of coming back to Rekawa rock pools. After travelling all around the globe - this is the place we want to be, and this incredible villa with its lush gardens set right on both beaches and rock pools is just magical, no words to describe it. Monkey families, peacock mating dances, rabbits, huge turtles at the sanctuary, incredible mangroves, stunning sunsets, wild camping at the beach, lounging at the beach cafe, chilling in the shade of the yard, walking the coconut palm hills, swimming in the rock pools or playing in the big waves - everything we personally wish for. Nuwan the local manager and his family are the nicest and sweetest people, their meals are fantastic, and they make you feel at home. The host Jasim ieas very friendly and kindly let us stay at the enormous villa just the two of us, although the place fits 10 people at least. 10/10, best experience ever.

Anke is very responsive and helpful host. She has assisted us with many information before our arrival and also during our stay. The house is peaceful and in front of a nice beach. The rooms are comfortable and have a big bathroom . The kitchen is well equipped. To reach the town center it’s about 8-9 minutes Tuk Tuk ride . I recommend this house

We really enjoyed staying in the cabana. Antje and the manager Gayan are super kind and helpful at all times. The cook is also very good and we almost ate every meal of the day in there restaurant. The view and the beach are gorgeous and it was the perfect place to come down. They are very aware and careful with the turtles since it's a protected beach and they really tried to protect the sorrounding nature, witch we liked very much. P. S. We loved the cute and super friendly dogs as well...

sujee is a superhost ...he and his family look after the place very well . his wife prepared a lovely meal for us for lunch.. it was really sumptuous and gave us a taste of the local cuisine.. he is very friendly and accomodating and made us feel at home.. we had a lovely stay and a great Jungle safari starting right from his location

Our stay at Slow Villa & Coffee near Tangalle was absolutely perfect. The staff made our experience unforgettable—especially Dinidu, who took amazing care of us and was always available to help with anything we needed. Everyone else was just as wonderful, serving us incredible breakfasts and treating us with such warmth and kindness. We also had lovely conversations with the team, which made us feel so welcome and completely at home. The villa itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Perched on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the ocean, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Silent Beach, a serene escape from tourism, is only a 15-minute walk away or a short ride by scooter, which you can easily rent. Everything about Slow Villa & Coffee was simply perfect. We felt safe, relaxed, and thoroughly pampered. We can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.
