Monthly Rentals in Elder Street

I had a Brilliant stay here for a few months whilst training at the Airport. I'd highly recommend staying here to anyone needing accommodation near Stanstead. Thom and Claire were great hosts and very welcoming. That flat is lovely and clean and has everything you'd need 👍🏻.

We had a four night stay for our sons 18th Birthday, as family of six. The location was serene Your self contained property and garden was lovely. We had an issue with lack of seats inside and out, but Rupert responded very quickly and was super helpful bringing more over to us. He couldn't be more obliging The four dogs are most friendly & very well behaved dogs, They visited us most mornings and evenings. Even as we ate outside, but don't worry as they were so well behaved and didn't cause any problems while we sat and ate. One in particular took a shine to our daughter and was still with us most nights outside, while we were sitting around & having a fire until 10.30/11 pm at night. She loved it. I am allergic to dogs but also fell in love with them . The wildlife was amazing too. A serene setting and the dogs were an added bonus for my sons birthday treat, as they became a part of our family for a short while. We would return but as a family of four next time.

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

We had a lovely two day stay. Henry was very proactive in providing precise information on the location of the property, and greeted us to ensure we quickly settled in so we could have a cup of tea after a long journey. The property is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and secure. We were at Saffron Walden for a 90th birthday celebration so we did not have much time to visit the town centre which is a short walk away, which was a shame, especially as Saffron Walden has recently been named the best place to live in the UK by the Sunday Times. We would recommend Henry & Jo’s lovely place ….. and finally thank you Henry & Jo for the Prosecco and chocolate biscuits.
