Apartment in very good condition, as it appears in the advertisement. Very important that has a garage space. Very close to the beach and the leisure area but in a quiet and noise-free area. Both Claudio and Azul answered all our doubts. Very good experience.

The apartment is just as described in the listing. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but close to a lot of restaurants. The outdoor garage square, very close to the apartment, two minutes away, is a plus on these dates, otherwise it is very difficult to park in Conil. The apartment has air conditioning both in the dining room and in the room, which is appreciated on these dates.

Central but quiet location. You can find free parking couple of minutes away.

Yolanda is a very kind and welcoming host. His apartment, which is on the top floor of his house, is very convenient because it has everything you need during a trip. The beds are comfortable and very clean. Thank you so much for this stay and great welcome!:)

I was with a friend and we were looking for an apartment near the beach and that was also close to the restaurant and bar area the apartment is perfect for it. its location is central and it does not take more than 5 min to the beach. Regarding Francisco, the host, he was flexible with check-out time and allowed us to check out later than the time. He was also attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. Definitely a recommended place to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Juan's. The house and garden are fantastic and in good condition. The grounds are sheltered, the garden and living room are very spacious and offer enough room for groups, even in bad weather. From the balcony you can see the sea and the walk to the beach only takes about 5 minutes. Juan was constantly available as a contact person and immediately changed the gas when it ran low. We were completely satisfied and definitely want to come back next year. Thanks for an amazing time!

We spent a weekend at Pedro's house with colleagues and we can say that the place is very well equipped, in a great location and ready for the enjoyment of travelers. As for the host we can only mention positive things, super attentive to any message or call from us, it lives next to the rental home which facilitates any unforeseen events. We've been super comfortable. The house is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean and in each room there was an air conditioning. It was very equipped: linens, blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, gel, dishwasher, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee machine, BBQ on terrace... Free parking next door. Walking a few minutes area with bars, market of supplies, supermarkets... Clarisa the super friendly host, I respond super fast to all our doubts and recommended a lot of places to eat.

The house is just as shown in the photos. It has everything to spend a few magnificent days and all services within walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fruit shop….). The beaches are close by and there are plenty of activities to do in the area. Susana was attentive all the time for our needs and advised us very well on different services that we could use during our stay. The house has everything you need to stay for a few days.

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

A very well located apartment due to its proximity to the main streets of El Puerto de Santa María. The apartment is very good, the terrace and the rooftop we loved it.

Very quiet apartment. There are 4 very small apartments, little insulation, the 4 were busy and the neighbors were very quiet. Lots of humidity!!! The table outside, for lunch in the middle of winter, is a bit fair. And then non-potable water at the tap! We're not used to it and we were surprised. Pleasant stay for those looking for peace and quiet. Very well equipped!! everything very clean.

We had a great time staying at Nati & Jose's place. The studio is nicely renovated, well structured, and very well equipped. The communication with Nati & Jose was super easy and we had a nice welcome. The location is great to explore El Puerto de Santa Maria and the area around, parking was super easy at the Plaza de Toros, just 3 Minutes away. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

This place was awesome! right up next to the beach, walking distance to some amazing restaurants, it the perfect little get away. The hosts were great, Rota is confusing to drive, so they met me out front and showed me where to park. Super friendly in person and on the app, I would definitely stay again.

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

A few days that have been made very short. We knew the area but not this development that is beautiful. We loved it.. the house is absolutely As I came in, the first thing I said was beautiful.
