Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Teresa's place was large, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly refurbished, everything was new and clean. Couple of problems with Netflix which were resolved by Teresa very quickly. We were there for six weeks in the off-season, so it was very quiet - did need a car to get around to all the tourist sites. Overall very nice.

We had drawn attention to the good reviews of Alejandra's kindness and they are totally true. The best part of the house: the pool is always clean and the front garden is very careful. The quiet area, very good for rest both day and night. The car has to take it for everything (there is only one small trend in the development). And it surprises the number of things the house offers: various kitchenware, many cleaning supplies, also personal hygiene (soap, gels, shampoo, mask…), food (salt, spices, infusions, oil, vinegar, various types of coffees, etc.), and various board games to play as a family!. We went every day to different beaches nearby (10-15min) and no problem parking. A very nice experience!

The stay at Carmen's place was perfect, the accommodation has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay, both the garden and the pool are incredible areas, we were able to enjoy both due to the good weather it did and it was a great luck. It is very close to supermarket areas and the beach while being very quiet. Communication was quick and she was very attentive at all times, she even recommended places to go in Chiclana, Carmen was charming at all times. You can see the care that it puts on having a good stay, I definitely recommend the accommodation, I would come back without thinking twice.

Everything is great!! It's the second year we stay in the house because we love it, we'll repeat a third for sure ☺️

We stayed for a week my partner our French bulldog and I Juan was very attentive,he recommended places to visit ,coves and restaurants The house was super clean and if in photos it is nice in person it is incredible,you feel at home Our dog has enjoyed the garden throughout the week as the temperature is very good to be there. It is located in a very quiet area perfect for disconnecting We'll be back next year!!

We had a great time staying at Manolis's place and especially enjoyed the proximity to the sea. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea. Manoli is also a very welcoming host.

it was great to have the host waiting to welcome you personally. This flat is conveniently located, walking distance from Cádiz main attractions. there are two full bathrooms, new furniture, comfortable beds and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean, just felt like being at home. The communication with Javier was easy; his response almost immediate. I definitely recommend this place.

New and clean apartment, quiet despite the super central location, the Cathedral is a 5-minute walk away, like the long sea! The hosts are super friendly and reachable via wapp! Our stay in Cadiz was a confirmation, it is always pleasant! Thank you

Asun's apartment is great to spend a few days on the beach in Chipiona. Highlighting the great location and air conditioning (very good and keeps the house very cool). If I have to say something to improve it is that there is not much storage, just a closet in the wedding room; it would have been great to have some more wardrobes. The bathroom needs a renovation, but it fits. Highlight the timeliness on arrival and the flexibility of check-in and check-out times, we were very at ease! Thank you Asun for your kind.

Lovely location. We were visiting family and this was just across the road from them. Location is lovely to walk to the beach. Plenty to eat and drink nearby.

Per was really helpful with recommendations for Bodega tours (Funderara) and local restaurants. He ordered us a taxi to the bus station when we left. The rooftop terrace is lovely to relax on in the evening. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need. Very highly recommended! 😎☀️🌴🍷

The apartment has an excellent location to spend a great few days of the beach and pool. Upon arrival, Luis welcomed us and explained everything in great detail. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need to make the stay cozy. We'll gladly do it again!

The stay was great. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, located in an urbanization with a pool, landscaped areas and views of the golf course. The apartment has a garage square and a great terrace for breakfast and lunch, with a chill corner to read. The beach is about 10 mins walking. It is a very quiet, noiseless area, ideal for resting and taking walks. There is a supermarket area and bars within a 20 minute walk. Pepi welcomed us on the day of arrival very attentive and showed us the apartment. Everything very clean and tidy.

We loved our short weekend stay here! The location was amazing the apartment was exactly what we needed for our small family of 4. Very beach friendly and close to everything. Belén was super helpful, kind and responsive. We'll be back for sure!

Very good place, everyone is as advertised. Peit downside as to the size of the double bed which is 1.80m long, fortunately there was only my wife and children, becausewith my large size we would have had a problem. To be specified for future rentals
