Words cannot describe how wonderful this secluded house and its surroundings are, from the minimalist luxury of the architectural elements to the carefully selected furnishings and the very private and sheltered location in the midst of fruit trees, right next to a stream that murmurs pleasantly. There is nothing here to disturb the peace and quiet. The house has a unique atmosphere thanks to the many exotic plants in front of the large windows and the terracotta-colored stone floor, which I particularly loved. Communication with Paula was quick, easy and very personable. I was able to find the accommodation quickly thanks to the instructions provided in advance and check-in was straightforward. One of the most beautiful houses I ever stayed in. 6 out of 5 stars!

Finca Corona is a fabulous place to stay, with a stunning, sunny and quiet setting, surrounded by mountains. Despite it's rural location, it's only a 15 minute drive from San Sebastian. We loved the terrace with it's dining table and chairs, as well as the sunbeds, and a sofa in the shade under a canopy if it's too hot.The house is modern but with lots of character, and has been fitted out in style, in a way that really suits the cottage. The lamps and woven lampshades make everything cosy after dark. The bed is very large and super comfy. We didn't have a problem parking on the road. There is a steep slope and steps to walk up from the road to the finca but that's a small price to pay for such incredible views.

I stayed with Sandra and her family for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year. They are very pleasant and helpful hosts. The property is, as described, with its own bathroom and kitchen and is in the middle of nature behind a banana plantation out of San Sebastian. I enjoyed the time to unwind. If you are not good on foot, I recommend a rental car.

Perfect little getaway, close to San Sebastian but set back into the valley so You feel secluded. Good location to explore the island from. Views are beautiful. We really enjoyed the different outdoor areas to hang out in and cooking outside. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Note that it’s a studio (beds / living area / open arch to kitchen) - which was not an issue for us as there is lots of room :)
