The accommodation was great we were 6 adults 2 children and 1 baby and we had very good space. The saltwater pool was great and the seating options outside and also inside were great. We enjoyed our time in the accommodation of Aleksandr very much. Each room has an air conditioning system which we did not have to use often, but in summer this will certainly be a huge advantage. Blanes and Lloret can be reached very quickly by car and invites you to stroll or for a social evening. Thank you Alex it was great and we would spend our holidays again anytime in one of your properties.

Together with our friends and daughter, we spent the Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. It was more spacious than expected. Distance to the beach is easy to walk to. We enjoyed our stay!

Very pleasant house to live in with lots of space. The A/C in all the rooms and the pool was nice by 35 degrees! Beautiful renovation, modern bathrooms. We are 10 minutes from Blanes with lots of shops, restaurants and beach, and 15 minutes from Lloret de Mar. Only downside: the neighborhood can be noisy day or night, because of many dogs barking and whose masters are absent or ignore them (?) It must be said that I came to find absolute calm, not to party! Thanks to Sabine for her infallible availability.
