Monthly Rentals in El Chaparral

Highly recommended accommodation. In our case, we were 2 adults and 1 child to watch a basketball tournament during the first three days of Easter. The house is very cozy, spacious, new almost brand new and extremely clean. In a very quiet and easy to park area, with restaurants and a bakery where you could eat great. Thank you very much Francisco for being attentive and for your recommendations about Granada and Chaparral. We have rested and enjoyed being in your house a lot 🤗

A very cozy house, spacious, nicely decorated and also spotless. We really enjoyed the stay. The hosts, Pablo and Laura, 10 out of 10, always attentive. The house very well connected to the city center, both by car and with public transport. A very quiet area near the center. It exceeded my expectations. We can't wait to come back, we will definitely repeat. Thank you Pablo and Laura.

I would have paid more - one of the top 5 Airbnb I’ve been in over 100 and I take my time to really find the incredible ones. The host had the best communication I’ve had, the view was a 11/10 and the place felt like an appartement for family with absolutely everything thought out well and with top quality of équipement. Only thing that makes me sad is that we only stayed a week. You need a car and it’s well placed to visit so much in the surrounding region and discover Jaen, Cordoba and Granada regions and many villages between.

The house was very nice and cozy as well as impeccable, Juan Ramón is an excellent and very attentive man, our car broke down on the way and we took much longer than expected, but we told Juan and he had no problem, he gave us directions on how to access the house and the next day he was talking to us and giving us directions about supermarkets and other things in the area, always with a smile on his face
