Loft holiday rentals in Eixample

This was genuinely my favourite AirBnB I've ever stayed in. The location was great, very residential, not too loud but not too quiet either! An 8-10 minute walk to the Metro or buses directly outside had me in the city in less than 30 minutes, and there were lots of supermarkets and cafes nearby. The apartment was exactly as advertised, except better. I will forever remain obsessed with Charlie's media collection and surround sound speakers!! The bed was really comfortable, shower good and powerful and everything was easy to use. Charlie was really helpful and responsive, including the day I locked myself out and he drove all the way into the city to let me back in, without any fuss at all. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona.

We had a wonderful stay in barcelona. Jesus was an amazing host touring us around when we arrived (a day late due to travel). Place immaculate and well equipped. Location was excellent and quiet! He went out of his way to help when we lost our luggage. A wonderful man and would highly recommend staying here.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time in Barcelona with Oscars place as our stay during it. Oscar and Jose are wonderful hosts! The check in was absolutely flawless with many recommendations being sent by Jose on the day of check in, he was very proactive and friendly and truly made us feel at home the whole stay! The place itself is amazing from space to amenities and the location of the apartment itself along with it being very clean! everything was clean and we had no issues across the time of our stay what so ever! it is close to the metro along with countless restraunts and it is a perfect place to stay for travels in Barcelona. the terrace is breathtaking and if you were to book in Summer you would have a perfect place to get a good tan from without having to move from the apartment. if you're considering booking this place I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! thank you Oscar and Jose, we had a lovely stay! We loved Pepo’s apartment, as a couple it had a really large space which was perfect and a little balcony. It had everything we needed and more. The location is 10/10 as there is a cool coffee shop outside the door and being 5 mins from the Sagrada Família is amazing to see everyday. Everywhere was so walkable and also taxi’s from there are cheap to all the destinations you’d probably want to visit. Thank you!!

A very great place to stay, lovingly furnished. Highlights include the extraordinary bed as well as the large private terrace. Very convenient is also the supermarket, which is right across the street and is open until 12 o'clock every day. The metro is also right around the corner. Sha is a very helpful and friendly host, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment makes a great base for exploring Barcelona. It has excellent connections for the airport bus, for local public transport, and for just walking around. Recommended! The neighborhood feels more local than tourist, while still providing a lively variety of cafes, tapas bars, produce markets, bakeries, fresh fruit shops, wine shops, and many more small shops. Actually I think we should have explored more of the restaurants in our neighborhood instead of being lured to places across town. Our hosts were kind, friendly, and responsive. We appreciate that they were accomodating and flexible with our early arrival and late departure needs. The apartment itself looks like the pictures. Nice! The shower was solid. Good hot water.. The kitchen has the basics, but I don’t think many people come to Barcelona to cook in their AirBNB! Barcelona must have more restaurants per capita than anywhere else, and they are mostly all full, even in January.

We stayed at Ana's place for 3 days and for a short stay like ours the location was really perfect. The accommodation is in a very strategic place in the city center, close to many tourist places. We did practically everything on foot, it was great! There are also great restaurants and cool bars around. The space looks bigger than the photos, which is a big plus. Please note that there is still a tourist tax to pay for short trips that makes it quite expensive but it's worth it despite that. I recommend for a couples trip to Barcelona.

We really enjoyed staying at Sylvia's & Gabri's place. Great location, quiet apartment , walking distance to major attractions. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated . we are hoping to stay there again in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Mireya’s home. It’s on a quieter street and close to many restaurants and shops. I really liked that we were close to the airport and major attractions. Mireya was very responsive and super friendly. I definitely recommend!!

A large and neat apartment a short distance from the harbor. Everything is there, lots of privacy, no neighbors. Public transportation is close by, so a good base.

I found Maurl polite and timely with messages. A special mention needs to be made of Lina ( the guest host on site). Lina was fabulou. Nothing was too much trouble. She and Miquel helped me unload and load my car, they helped with luggage on the stairs and were never far away from a response on the phone. I needed help to find a mechanics garage for my car and they were 100% helpful, even meeting me there and giving me a lift home. Thank you so much all x
