We enjoyed staying at Fernando’s place a lot. Place was great for us traveling with car, and the train was also really close for city centre exploring. Apartment was great, beds were comfortable and the bath tub amazing. Apartment had everything we needed. Thank you!

Flor was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a good area. The area was very walkable and had a metro station right outside. The apartment was also quiet at night.

Upon arrival we were informed that the apt we booked was not available so another apt was substituted. Therefore I cannot give feedback re: the apt in the listing BUT the substitution was located right in the Barcelona cathedral square just a very short walk to Las Ramblas and many other historic quarters. Great shopping, restaurants, bars, art installations, street musicians and artists. Very vibrant and fun. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, waterfront and so many other attractions. The washer and Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. Clean bathroom and plenty of hot water

The apartment was suitable for 6 people, nice terrace and swimming pool. The apartment was clean and in a very good and quiet location. Easy to go to the center of Barcelona. Everything went great. Thank you very much!

We loved our stay. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. The area was perfect to explore and near to travel links to the city. The host was helpful and responsive and check in was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This apartment looks 100x better in real life than in the photos –new, clean,quiet, and right on the beach. But what made my stay truly special was Katia from reception. I’m a 24-year-old student traveling alone. After a few days, I got sick and felt completely lost. I sent a message just asking to extend my stay because I wasn’t feeling well – and within minutes, Katia was at my door. She gently offered help, suggested a taxi to the doctor, gave me her number, and said she’d be available in case I needed help speaking Spanish. She later checked in to make sure I got back safely and messaged again the next day. She even helped me with laundry and called her mom to check how to wash a delicate item. Katia went above and beyond – I felt safe and supported, and extended my stay for 6 more nights. She’s truly special. Katia, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Great place to stay while in Barcelona! Right next to a metro stop, at one end of La Rambla for shopping and restaurants. On 6th floor with an elevator, quiet for being in the heart of the city (minimal noise, but to be expected for location). Marco and Amalia were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as two families (4 adults and 3 children). The rooms, living room, and kitchen were very comfortable and sufficient. We loved the location!
