beautiful property in a scenic and peaceful location!!! had such a great getaway - Michael was a lovely host and prepared a welcome basket with fresh bread, eggs and a bottle of wine.

My partner and I spend a weekend at Pia‘s lovely cottage and we loved every second of it. Check-in was easy and flexible with a personalised check-in code and the communication with Pia was excellent. She gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and activities ahead of time and responded to messages immediately. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations, you can certainly see the love and consideration Pia puts into every little detail. We got fresh breakfast supplies according to our preferences and enjoyed the amazing view on our little balcony while watching the birds. We loved the bathroom which had a big spa bathtub with bath salts and organic toiletries. During the day the nearby road would get a little busy occasionally (it was a warm summer weekend after all), but being inside the cottage you wouldn’t hear a sound so it didn’t bother us at all. It was a wonderful experience to stay in Pia‘s cottage and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature

We had the most wonderful stay at Mr. Brett’s Airbnb! The place was absolutely stunning – peaceful, idyllic, and full of character. Every corner of the home felt special and unique, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Mr. Brett himself was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, while also giving us the privacy to truly unwind and enjoy the space. His warm hospitality really made the experience that much more special. We are already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a host who truly cares!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! Perfect location and what an amazing cottage we stayed in for the night. They were also very understanding, allowing us to check out later for an additional $50. The breakfast was that was including in price was really good. Although the only thing that got me what that I could see and hear chickens yet the eggs in the fridge that are provided were store brought same as the loaf of bread that was put into a clear plastic bag but other then that I highly recommend this place

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

Thanks for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The place is well-furnished, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler had an amazing time exploring the farm, interacting with the animals, picking fresh strawberries and veg, and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast. It was such a lovely getaway and farm experience for our family including our dog. :) We would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Windmill Barn. From the outset Lauretta was an amazing host with great communication and attention to detail which is in full display within the property. Windmill barn is beautifully presented and exceedingly well equipped throughout. It is easy to lose time exploring the barn with so much history on display. The views out past the windmill are borderline ethereal once you've explored inside. If you find yourself looking to endulge another sense grabbing a coffee and heading out back brings auditory charm by way of birdsongs overwhelmingly dominated by Currawongs with the occasional interlude provide by a distant Whipbird. The sense of pure, immersive isolation in nature with the convenience of being 15 minutes away from modern commercial society and central to so many attractions in the area puts The Windmill Barn right at the top of our repeat visit list.

We all loved our stay at the cottage. It was extremely beautiful and clean inside. The expansive gardens were also such a nice place to relax and wander about. We were all very comfortable in the cottage and truly felt like a home away from home. Stacey was also a very responsive host and was more than accommodating with a last minute request from us which made our stay beyond perfect!!

This 2 bedroom cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos. It was very neat and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. It's only a 2min walk to the shops (including really good pizza). The Bedrooms have comfortable beds. And it turned out to be a very enjoyable weekend. I will definitely be booking again. ❤

Exceptional cottage. We loved our weekend! The cottage is better than the photos. The garden (front and back) is stunning and lots of wildlife and very secure for dogs. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed. Great location - walking distance to Healesville shops and a short drive to so many wineries. Paul and Judith were great hosts and their property is GREAT value for money.

I loved stating in this beautiful cottage at Tara Rise surrounded by he serene gardens resembling a Botanical garden with so many fruit trees and varieties of plants. If you're lucky, as I was to enjoy the delicious grapefruit and oranges from he garden. The cottage had everything I needed including a wonderful fireplace. My stay was very relaxing and rejuvenating, thank you Siobhan

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pickett's Cottage, it was exactly what we needed when celebrating Christmas and New Year's as a family. Beautiful heritage house, very walkable neighbourhood. Greg was very helpful and able to accommodate our toddler's needs as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed very much our stay at the 3BlackSHEDS. The accommodation is very neat and clean; the bed is cosy; and the place is peaceful. On top of these, Alan and Rowena got everything well prepared for a comfortable holiday away from home, yet just like at our own home. We love the food and beverages they supplied for breakfast: fresh, nutritious and delicious. The communication with them is also great, too, as Alan alway responded promptly and provided the supplies, answers and information we needed. All these reflected that Alan and Rowena are the caring and thoughtful host who made our holiday extra enjoyable.

Staying at Samantha's place was so relaxing and so peaceful. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and the views from the cottage were breathtaking. The cottage itself was so cosy and met all our needs. Felt very comfortable and relaxed the minute we arrived.

This phenomenal cottage was one of if not THE best cottage stay I’ve ever had in my many years on Airbnb. Staying here felt like such a wonderful dream with all of the small details and private outdoor space to lounge around in. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway stay look no further, this is the one! Pete was also just the best host ever and made us feel right at home. Again just cannot recommend this place enough, 11/10 stay!

Diana’s cozy cottage was truly a home away from home. Tucked away on a peaceful, secluded property surrounded by trees, it was the perfect retreat for my partner and I while we attended a wedding in the area. The cottage was well-maintained, the bed was comfy, and despite the scorching 35°C weather during our stay, the air conditioning allowed us to stay cool and comfortable. Diana was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was spotless and well-prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable escape.

I would describe this house as a cozy wooden cottage in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, just a 5-minute drive from the restaurants in Olinda and Sassafras. It was incredibly quiet, private, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The space was also generous enough to comfortably accommodate a couple of families. I highly recommend staying here! The hosts were very responsive, supportive, understanding, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even better. In a word: I LOVE IT!
