Woooow! Special, quite and gorgeous! Loved the place just for myself, felt safe and I enjoyed the bathtub outside in the morning. 5km dirt road to get there, bit tricky with a small car but it’s okay. Easy communication, precise infos and a special place to be. A bit pricey though. Definitely will be back. In summer it’s getting quite hot, there is a fan upstairs and a heater downstairs for winter. The quietness was amazing! :)

Situated what seems like in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful! The pool is perfect to enjoy after a day of tanning & the place is beautiful, so well decorated & has everything you may need. PS the sourdough bread Simon’s son bakes is an absolute must try!! Thanks Simon we will be back.

Great for short stay while travelling through the Cederburg area. Not much to do apart from admiring the scenery around Citrusdal but Abre was helpful in advising where to stop for refreshment/shopping before check-in. Easy to find with instructions supplied for self-check in. Pleasant owners briefly met with my husband and were available to call upon if necessary. Good size apartment in stunning setting. Thoughtful fynbos arrangement and bowl of lemons on coffee table made us feel very welcome! Able to use braii as the sun set and relax in sitting room afterwards.
