Full laundry in the kitchen, also. Leather recliner in the living room, as well as a comfy leather couch. Smart tv, set up for antenna, as well as netflix and hulu. 5G wifi thru out the home. Firepit in the backyard. Tables and chairs on the front deck, as well as the rear patio. Relaxed atmosphere also provided!

Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly well-supplied with everything we needed and more – from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. My family and I stayed at Tony’s place for a long weekend and I have to say it was amazing!! First of all Tony made sure that we had proper directions to the property and how to access the house. Upon entering the house we were astounded by how lovely Tony’s lake house is and then the views of the lake were just panoramic!! We could not have found for a better place to stay! We had easy access to our own private little beach, it was literally right outside the sliding glass doors and we could sit on the patio and watch the sun both rise and set. The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was very spacious and we were excited to find a bookshelf full of childrens books which made our little one very happy. Yes there were quite a few steps to access the property but we found the journey up and down the steps very doable and the path was very well lit. It was exciting going down those steps through the wooded property and watching the lake views unfold. We would definitely return!!

Staying in Gene's home felt like staying with family. He truly is the most generous and thoughtful host we've ever encountered: the fridge is stocked with loads of beverages (wine, beer, canned cocktails, bottled water); breakfast foods: eggs, English muffins, cheese, Canadian bacon. He's also stocked the pantry with plenty of snacks, cooking essentials, e.g., seasonings, oils, plus all the cooking utensils and items you'll need. The house is well-laid out, comfortable and private. Beautiful views of nature and the creek. We loved streaming at night on the cozy sectional sofa -- I fell asleep on it 2 night in a row. Other thoughtful touches: candles on a timer, loads of books all over the house, double-filtered water from the tap, dog-friendly ice melt, dog poop bags, cozy throw blankets. We look forward to returning. Thanks, Gene, for all your communication (and patience with my many questions) and your spirit of generosity.
