Monthly Rentals in Eddy County

We had a great stay in Carlsbad at Jenn’s suite. We loved the decor and the bathroom was beautiful with so much charm and character! It was a short walk to Blue House Bakery which was a huge plus, and walking distance to a nice grocery store as well. We had a little trouble locating the unit upon arrival but Jenn responded quickly to our questions and provided clear instructions. We would definitely recommend this unit to others planning a visit to Carlsbad. It was a great home base for visiting the caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park!

The house was very nice. Clean and conveniently located for the national parks. The host was kind and responsive and gave good recommendations. The place was clean and the extra snacks and water was very appreciated! Would stay again if in the area.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park. It’s conveniently located, has an adorable porch to enjoy your morning coffee, safe neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. DeeAnn was very responsive and checked in us to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night at Renetta’s place before going to the Caverns. We had a peaceful and relaxing night and would definitely stay again when in the area!
