Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Nashville

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

Great place. New build and spacious. Great layout. The rooftop hangout with hot tub was a nice touch. The host was great and reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to let us know he was there if we needed anything. The house is a little under 2 miles from downtown so ubers were needed to get where we needed to go but was never a problem. When we come back to nashville someday, i would definately stay here again.

It was spacious and comfortable. The top deck and extra sitting area was nice. The kitchen was great for gathering with plenty of room.

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and a great location for everything downtown. Would highly recommend this place to stay to anyone. Rhonda was a very informative and friendly host.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nashville! Easy walk to many attractions. The apartment was clean, kitchen had all the essentials as well as nice gestures such as K Cups as well as shampoo/conditioner available for guests in bathrooms. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time. We went in the incorrect garage entrance but a quick call to Quianna and she redirected us, and we found entrance very easily. Quianna is a wonderful host!

This was our second stay at this BNB. It’s perfect and will always be where we stay when we are in Nashville! It’s very clean and organized. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough to get away from the crowd if you want to wind down. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. So many great things to do! I cannot recommend Randy&Diane’s location enough! It was our first time in Nashville and I’m so happy we decided on this Airbnb. The location was AMAZING. I think it took us no more than 7 minutes in a LYFT to get to broadway. The neighborhood has so many restaurants and coffee shops and felt very safe - all very walkable too! Anytime I messaged the host they responded almost immediately and were so helpful! So thankful for such an amazing stay!!!! The Airbnb was spotless and sooooo freakin cute! The beds were so comfy!! I could go on and on about how much I just adored this place!!!

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Cute, clean, stocked with all the necessities! It is next to a freeway so she even had ear plugs for you! Would stay there again.
