Loft holiday rentals in East Nashville

Carolyn was incredibly informative and kept in touch every day with helpful updates. Although there was a minor tornado scare (which, of course, had nothing to do with Carolyn), I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely stay at Carolyn’s place again. The home was quiet and very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. I especially recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast!

I love staying with Urban Nashville! Our apartment was on the second floor and we had a great view of the gultch out of the huge windows! Beds were comfy and blankets were soft. You will need to time your showers if you have multiple guests, but that’s didn’t seem to be an issue at all for us. We were walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and places in the gultch as well many coffee shops to try. We saw a concert on music row and it was only a 6 minute drive! I would definitely stay here again next time I make a trip to Nashville!

Excellent stay! Very close and walkable to the strip with tons of bars and restaurants in the area. Very spacious, more than enough room for 4 people. Rooftop was a huge plus, was nice to enjoy a good whiskey and cigar without leaving the home. Place was very clean with basic essentials included, and there is a Walgreens directly across the street if you need anything else. Would absolutely stay here again!

The carriage house location in East Nashville was perfect for me: one person. I wanted to use the time to take in local acoustic music (much close by) and play music myself. East Nashville is funky and fun. The neighborhood is safe and close to anything you would want, including downtown Nashville. The room is attractive and inviting. There isn't a stove, but you can microwave or use a toaster oven if you want to eat in. Bathroom is small but fine. Generally, I would say this is a modest place, good value. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was too soft for me, so consider that if you want a firmer bed. County music decor perfect for the location!

Loft with a really great location, very near Broadway!

Linda and Skip are the most exceptional hosts! My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay. Their home is beautifully decorated, clean, and truly has everything you might need. We especially loved the projector for our rainy day in. Germantown is beautiful and was a central location to anywhere we wanted to go around nashville! As a group of young girls traveling, one of the most important features was that we felt very safe here! It was one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had, I would give this place 6 stars if i could. Thank you for the amazing stay!

This place was fantastic! Her directions were clear on how to get into the Airbnb and everything went smoothly! The location was amazing and super close to broadway yet it wasn't noisy at all! She was quick to respond and had a great place! Highly recommend!!

The place is close to all the happenings and it’s easy to commute. The gym is cool too with the rock climbing wall.

This location was very convenient to restaurants and bars. Easily walkable 1.5 miles to downtown where the bars and honky-tonks are clustered, but bear in mind it is a hilly walk, so it takes more effort than the mileage suggests. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries about their place and suggestions in the area. They were very kind and accommodating.

The space is beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay in Nashville. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown, making it super easy to explore the city. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The loft itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had an awesome vibe that made our trip even more special. Bonus was that the rooms were much bigger than we imagined which provided lots of space to stretch out. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Nashville with a group, this is it! Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants, but it is quite loud. There’s a lot of street traffic - both cars and people. We did ask to switch to the quieter side of the building before our stay too. We thought the apartment was clean and nice! The host was always responsive. It was easy to park and get in and out of the building. The balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable! We would recommend staying here and would bring some ear plugs for sleeping just to be safe. It’s a really cute place!
