Holiday rentals with beach access in Eaglehawk Neck

We spent a wonderful week. Janina welcomed us warmly and was available for us when we needed it. The airbnb has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and the neighbourhood is calm. We were 5 minutes away by car from the center of Hobart. It would be a pleasure to come again !

Ann's place is perfect for a small family. Ann is a great host with is approachable at all time but also gave us privacy. We enjoyed the welcome bubbles at the front porch while enjoying the amazing view on our first evening. Ann payed attention to details ( welcome bubbles and croissant) as well as breakfast condiments. We feld welcomed from the minute we entered the place. Highly recommend this beautiful place, Anke

Jo and Felicity have created a great little space at Kingston Beach, perfect for couples and small families of 3 to base themselves while exploring the area. It’s well appointed, clean and located on the water which has a great chill type of vibe. The noise from local cafes wasn’t intrusive and added to the overall atmosphere of beachfront accommodation. Plenty of choice for coffee (although Eb&Flo directly underneath was my favorite) and 2 minutes drive from a local shopping centre if you need anything else. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Tasmania.

We ended our Tassie adventures off at Julie's home and it was the perfect relaxing and beautiful environment we needed after travelling around the island. Was very clean and so beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Julie went above and beyond and thought of everything, had the best coffee and an a goodie basket full of local treats when we arrived as well as the best croatian biscuits to enjoy for our last afternoon! We will be back for sure !

A beautiful home which was perfect for our weekend in Hobart catching up with family who also live in Howrah and nearby Lindisfarne. Stunning views of the River Derwent from all rooms!!!!

Natalie’s unit was beautiful! So well appointed and had all the little extras like laundry detergent, fresh milk in the fridge and the pantry essentials if you felt like cooking. The garden and surroundings are SO BEAUTIFUL and the bed was super comfortable, it has wheels though so just be careful if leaning on it. We loved the location! Close to everything and felt like a beautiful home away from home ☺️ definitely recommend.

An extremely peaceful slice of Tasmanian coastline. We felt very welcome and looked after by Michael and Grace. Keeping us abreast of local issues before we arrived and organising the return of a few items after we left the house. Great hospitality!! Thank you for sharing and hoping we can return one day.

Claire’s place was remarkable! We oohed and ahhed when we arrived and didn’t stop doing so during our stay! The proximity to the water is just a few metres! The boys fished right out front, strolling and casting up and down the beach. The home is delightful and sparkling clean! Claire is welcoming, accommodating and quickly receptive to questions. Our favourite part was hearing and watching the waves rolling in. We didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The property is stunning; real wow factor, and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate, we loved the views and the peace. We were only able to stay one night on this occasion but would love to have the opportunity to return in future for a longer stay. Karen was friendly and helpful in her comms, taking care to ensure that all would be ready for our arrival, and checking that we had arrived safely (when we eventually did). All in all a superb experience; highly recommend.

Incredible stay, super cosy! House was well stocked with bread, milk, cereal, even Tim tams, as well as lots of pantry staples like seasonings and even rice. The fireplace kept us nice and warm, as well as heaters in each room. The kitchen was very easy to navigate, and bathroom was also well stocked with all the amenities you need. There was a shed in the backyard with items like bodyboards and more which we didn’t use. Only thing to take note of is that the granny flat is another listed place so someone might be in the backyard and walking into the driveway. Washer and dryer are located underneath one of the rooms and you need to walk outside of the house to get to it. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

5 min walk to beach. 3 minute walk to grocery and small store that had all necessities and more. 10 minute drive to Maria Island Ferry. Fun garden in the back and fresh berries for breakfast was a fun bonus. Other bonus was a unbelievably fantastic TV for our family switch/Mario-battling Kitchen well stocked. Beds and linens were great. Heat worked on demand per room to take off the chill in the evening. Also fun ping pong table. Highly recommend.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Absolutely wonderful shack. Right on the beach. Tidy and decorated perfectly. We had a great Christmas Escape. We will definitely return at some stage with our JRT Billy too. Thank you!

Really lovely place to stay. We booked in order to visit van Bone but were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife ( in house echidna and kookaburra family). It was perfect. Also really well stocked house, great library and telescope.

Coralie and Costa are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. It was lovely to chat with them on a few occasions; they are both very knowledgeable on the area and gave fantastic, local recommendations. The location, view and provisions are spectacular, and the place is very comfortable for a couple - the type of place you can enjoy some tranquility between outings. Excellent sound-proofing from the adjacent apartment, which is a little larger if you need more space or have a small family. The detail and care taken made us feel right at home — from the ample supplies including coffee pods, snacks, milk, butter, wine and cooking essentials in the fully kitted out kitchen, to 6 towels enabling us to alternate each day without fussing over laundry. Thank you Coralie and Costa, we hope to see you again! 💙

Loved all the interesting items in the home easy to relax just needed the time to stay a couple of more nights

Exactly as described and looks like photos Bed and pillows very comfortable Easy to access, we walked into the CBD for breakfast through parkland and around the waterfront which took about 40 minutes and a lovely way to see the city Kitchen and laundry area equipped with modern appliances Very comfortable and relaxing stay

Carolyn was very hospitable and a great host. I would recommend staying at her place.
