Holiday rentals with beach access in Eaglehawk Neck

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Great stay at Ann’s place. She made a portacot available for our daughter and brought over croissants, bread and butter, with additional condiments and champagne in the fridge. Note that the accomodation is mostly open plan with a bedroom with two beds leading off from the master bedroom/kitchen/living room. Overall a cozy but comfortable stay, with Ann’s hospitality making all the difference.

A fantastic place in an excellent locale! Just a short walk to the beautiful bay. A bus stand close by to get into the city. Super clean place matching the description and pics. A must stay when in and around Hobart!

This little AirBnB is right in the hustle and bustle of Kingston Beach with great local cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy and had an amazing view of the beach. 🏝️

Hidden gem just out of the city of Hobart. Stunning, clean & tidy place with amazing views of the bay. Perfect little balcony to enjoy the scenery. Felt right at home and everything was in walking distance. Stocked well with great little treats and all your basic necessities Definitely worth a visit

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!

Beautiful spot in a gorgeous part of tassie. Sun streams in to the unit in the morning. Very warm and comfortable.

Natalie’s unit was beautiful! So well appointed and had all the little extras like laundry detergent, fresh milk in the fridge and the pantry essentials if you felt like cooking. The garden and surroundings are SO BEAUTIFUL and the bed was super comfortable, it has wheels though so just be careful if leaning on it. We loved the location! Close to everything and felt like a beautiful home away from home ☺️ definitely recommend.

My wife and I loved our stay in Claire's home. Very comfortable house, immaculately maintained, and tastefully furnished. The views are excellent, and beach is just outside. The house is private and quiet. The beach was great to walk on and people were enjoying swimming on this beach although it wasn't crowded. Loved the remodeled bathroom and shower, and the large bed was very comfortable. It's very quiet at night as the house is situated at the end of the lane. Communications with Claire were great, and questions were promptly answered. We really hope to return again as this house was wonderful.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Our family of three stayed here for a few nights. We felt relaxed and had plenty of space. It’s a quiet place with fantastic views. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house was spotless and plenty of space for parking, which was a bonus.

Really lovely place to stay. We booked in order to visit van Bone but were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife ( in house echidna and kookaburra family). It was perfect. Also really well stocked house, great library and telescope.

A great location with some good local cafes and a pleasant walk into Hobart. Accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. James was a welcoming, friendly host and quickly dealt with any queries.

Loved Roxy & Ambre’s place. Lovely little touches of fresh fruit and staples. The beach is just across the road and about 20mins drive to the city centre.

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and was wonderful arriving to find fresh milk in fridge and basic pantry supplies, especially as we arrived late Also appreciate the coffee machine

Coralie and Costa are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. It was lovely to chat with them on a few occasions; they are both very knowledgeable on the area and gave fantastic, local recommendations. The location, view and provisions are spectacular, and the place is very comfortable for a couple - the type of place you can enjoy some tranquility between outings. Excellent sound-proofing from the adjacent apartment, which is a little larger if you need more space or have a small family. The detail and care taken made us feel right at home — from the ample supplies including coffee pods, snacks, milk, butter, wine and cooking essentials in the fully kitted out kitchen, to 6 towels enabling us to alternate each day without fussing over laundry. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The place is cozy, spotless, and incredibly spacious, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel right at home. They say ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’ and in this case it’s very accurate. There is nothing pleasing about the exterior or entrance to this unit block but once inside you are greeted by a stylish cosy oasis of calm. We enjoyed our three nights in this apartment with panoramic harbour views . The well equipped kitchen meant we could eat in or choose from many good local options. Thank you Julie for being such a wonderful host on this 5week long Tasmanian holiday which we will remember fondly.

Carolyn was very hospitable and a great host. I would recommend staying at her place.
